I've been trying to return it for over 6 weeks and get my money back. The Springfield store people have been super nice trying to get me in touch with the ones who handle the internet and quilt show circuit. I was credited my purchase on my credit card and one week later it was charged back onto my card again. Cannot get an answer how to return the trolley either. This has been an ongoing nightmare. over 6 weeks later, I'm still dealing with it.

We were offered a free class by the new owner but honestly just didn't want to go back due to how poorly we were treated. it was a very fun experience, loved making the mugs. i live in lawrence and wanted to take their…read morecouples pottery class. i called to see how i would recieve my mugs since i live in lawrence, they said "oh we ship all the time, dont worry about it. you just need to pay for shipping". okay great, key phrase: we ship all the time. so i took the class in august, takes a month for them to fire it. i call in october wondering if its ready, not yet. call november, its ready. give them my FULL address, apartment and all over the phone, expect it in 2 weeks. still waiting. finally call again end of november, "oh i forgot to put the apartment number so we'll send it again" .... sweet okay. finally get it first week of december. one mug made it, the other SHATTERED. so i emailed them (check the photos) and just whole thing .... didnt sit well with me and im just upset with the whole deal. making them was fun, other than that NO. somehow this was all my fault ??? when they didnt put the address on right ??? alright ...

Paid for my four year old to celebrate her birthday there this week. I was actually embarrassed by…read morethe worker yelling at the children. At one point the 2-12 year olds weren't moving fast enough while exiting the gym to go to the party room so she began yelling a countdown at them in a horrible tone. I don't yell at my own children that way so I didn't appreciate having somebody I am paying a good chunk of money to doing it. Only 1 hour was allotted for play time (30 minutes in each gym) and by the time the one worker there harnessed the kids up for the zip line, it was time to get out. Multiple parents were appalled at the manners of the employee and her complete impatience with the kids. I would absolutely not recommend going here.
