Do you know how difficult it is to track someone down from a landscape service to even return a phone call or message? IT IS! (I couldn't even get Blocks Greenhouse to return my two messages!) Insert the prompt referral from Kurtzhals (thank you a million times) to Wrights. I placed 6 phone calls to other landscape companies- and Wrights is the ONLY one that contacted me back. But not only did they contact me back- they did so with 20 minutes of my initial phone call. The owner came out within two weeks right on time for our scheduled appointment. He was professional, kind, real and very upfront with each step that would take place. I informed him that my husband is "thorough" in his research for our home project needs, and he agreed that he would take on any and all questions my dear husband had. A month later and 3 additional estimates from vendors my husband ended up finding on his own- and as a surprise to me while I was away- my husband found Wrights to be the most professional and reasonable out of everyone he contacted. I was so excited to come home to an amazing new pathway, and my husband was thrilled with the quality of work and the care done in the actual work. Thank you, Wrights, for an amazing job. He came out today Tuesday 5/7/24 at 8 a.m. just like he promised. He did an amazing job the grass was high and he left none on the lawn. In addition, to renew the flower bed by removing existing gardening stones and soil, replace with rich new new gardening soil, install new plants & an ornamental tree, and place fresh mulch in the flower bed. As for the people that I dealt with, ALL were very nice to the individual. From the sales/scheduler/biller/facilitator, to the designer, and each member of the work crew. And the plants themselves were top notch (and all at full retail pricing). As for the rest (i.e.: the job itself, the quality of materials, quality the work, the attention to detail, communication with the customer and between management and the crew, professionalism, work ethic, follow-up, overall satisfaction with the experience, etc.), I'll refrain from posting the 500 word review that I wrote, and let the rating speak for itself. Simply put, the experience was not what I had expected from a company with a 30 year history in the community. None of this should come as a surprise, as there were issues at every stage. Again...Nice people (the reason for a 3 star, versus a 2 star review). Maybe I just caught them on the wrong year/decade.

We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I did a bit of quick math on the mulch and sent me a text shortly after with the rate for the labor and the materials. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs we may need.

Incredibly poor service and extremely lacking in communication…read more While they were always cordial when we actually DID speak with them they continuously jerked us around. They never called to update us about anything and our quote was way less than what the price really would have been. We even recommended them to friends because it seemed as though they had great prices but we found out their lack of communication didn't just affect us. The company never got back to them either. They left us scrambling to find a new company at the last minute and ultimately we had to install the sod ourselves. I am beyond unhappy with this company and won't recommend them to anyone ever.
