After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

Jason Wright, the owner and operator of Earthworks Outdoor Care, has been maintaining our home property for longer than I can remember. We live on a corner lot and my wife is an avid gardener and we take a tremendous amount of pride in our home's appearance. Anyone who walks or otherwise passes by can see that, and we like to think that the smiles that we see on folks that notice our gardens make a small contribution to positivity and happiness in the world or, at least, in our neighborhood. So, it follows that the choice of who to trust with our landscaping is a pretty big decision in our household. Jason is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people that we know. Somebody raised him right! He's just a pleasure to encounter and we've always enjoyed great customer service with Earthworks. Our property will always, reliably, look great, guaranteed and for quite a reasonable fee. If you don't have the time, or if you have physical limitations that don't allow you to do the hard work of maintaining your own property or if you just want it done with diligence, the proper equipment and courteous service why not give Earthworks a try? I'm very happy with Earthworks lawn service. When I brought my home 7 years ago, the previous owner recommended that I should keep the lawn service in place. Jason and his father start the lawn care season with spring cleanup, then lawn cuts and cleanups and other lawn maintenance requests by the homeowner. Other plants in the same bed thrived, so we were caring for them properly (following his instructions to the letter). When we contacted Elite, the owner informed us there was no warranty. Shame on us for not checking that out earlier, but shame on him for being terse and rude when we politely asked about the tree and what we could do. The guy that seemed so nice when selling the work was gone. This change in attitude was honestly just as disappointing as the dead tree. Next time we will look for a firm that offers a warranty. It may be worth a few dollars more to have that guarantee and peace of mind.
