I selected $966 (two pallets) of flagstone they called "Cream." I had it all professionally set in…read moreconcrete, and within the first month it began flaking and delaminating. I expected it to stop, but it kept getting worse. Now I have to use a blower just to clear the flakes from our patio. They just keep coming loose. Some flakes are small, and some are several inches across. The problem is so bad that some of the stones' surfaces are now below the cement grout, which looks really bad, and is a trip hazard. I contacted the business owner, sent him photos and a video. He was courteous with me. He listened to me and told me he had never seen this occur to such an extent. While seeming sympathetic, he offered no solution as a cure to further flaking, not did he offer to help in any way. He offered no refund for selling me very poor quality flagstone, nor did he offer to speak with his supplier. Be careful what you buy here; they offer no after-sale support. This company should not be in business.
