We haven't been to Crackers in a really long time but we were in the area decided to stop and have breakfast. We had our dogs with us and they do have a dog-friendly patio, which is nice! I ordered the girls two scrambled eggs with no seasoning, and it was delivered just that way! I had the Classic Eggs Benedict, one of my favorite breakfasts. I asked for the potatoes to be extra crispy and we kinda missed on that but it was fine. They could have used a LOT more seasoning for sure! The Benedict itself was fine, hollandaise sauce was ok...It was a bit pasty tasting and needed a lot more lemon added to it! Wife ordered the Traditional Breakfast with Country Fried Steak and gravy. It was huge and again, potatoes weren't done as ordered and she ordered her eggs medium, which technically they were but also a bit too brown. Overall an ok dish...gravy was thick in lacked flavor in my opinion. We also ordered pancakes and they were good! Hit the spot and they are good size pancakes!!!! Easy for two share.. Overall, service was great and efficient, we had an enjoyable time and we satisfied our bellies!

Wait times are always quick! Today Sunday during Brunch time we only waited 5 minutes. We have never had a bad experience. Service is always amazing & food is delicious. I specifically ordered a water with no ice, and really appreciated the manager coming around asking to refill waters so your not waiting thirsty. This is a great spot for everyone, families, friends, this spot is very welcoming!

Oh Crackers! What happened? This used to be a favorite breakfast and brunch spot prior to the pandemic and even during! While it has been awhile since we've frequented, this last visit was a disaster and I see what others were referencing in their poor reviews. First, the temperature was that of an ice box. It's not that hot yet to be keeping the inside THAT cold. It was uncomfortable. Our waitress was originally nice when she came up to the table and then quickly changed her attitude when we had a request. Heaven forbid. We ordered a cinnamon roll to start as we usually do small entrees and when it came out it was literally cold - like our bodies in the AC haha- and the icing was hardened. We told her that, nicely, and requested one that was hot. That's normal, right? She then comes back with the same cinnamon roll and tells us she microwaved it. We were a bit shocked as it's not proper etiquette to take food to and from the kitchen back to the customer (unless maybe it's a steak at a high end restaurant.) The icing, at this point was hardened and the roll itself was chewy and even more not pleasant and we were reluctant to dig in anyways after her transporting it and seemingly annoyed by us. We ordered Eggs Benedict, which my friend said the hollandaise sauce tasted powdery. My avocado toast was covered in sprouts and just not good. We requested the cinnamon roll be removed from the bill and she rolled her eyes and walked away although she did oblige. Seemingly she had to get manager approval as the manager then walked over to our table briskly. She did not come across receptive and her body language was defensive, half turned towards our table already ready to walk away and just said "everything alright here?" To which we just said "sure...yeah" as WHO would want to explain anything further with that reception. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. Atmosphere was uncomfortable. Plenty of other brunch places in the valley to not have to return.

First time here and place was nice a cozy. I ordered the chicken fried steak and my wife ordered the crepes. Our server was Amber and she is very friendly and nice. The food was delicious and we both enjoyed our meal. They have outdoor patio if you want to bring your furry friend.

My first time dining at Crackers & Co Cafe. I was surprised how busy they were on a Friday a.m. I was greeted when I walked in and noticed they have two dining areas. I decided to sit at their bar. Once I sat down I was greeted by Ana, my server. I ordered a Bloody Mary and their chilaquiles with carnitas, eggs scrambled soft and a side of green chile on the side. The eggs were perfectly scrambled and the chips were nice and Chris. However, the green chili sauce had a weird smell to it. It almost smelt like cooked plastic. The flavor was ok but the smell was really offensive. Ana was a good server. I would probably go back again or maybe to one of their other locations in Mesa.

Light and airy atmosphere with friendly and attentive service. Breakfast and children's menu portions were generous, but the same cannot be said for the half sandwich lunch options. Food is tasty but nothing special.

The food was good and the staff was super friendly during my recent visit. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely be back. We sat on the patio which was super relaxing given the weather is finally starting to cool down.

On a recent outing for the expectation of some good down home country breakfast I remembered from my youth in the southeast we decided on Crackers & Co. Although it was not our first visit and after having tried many breakfast joints in the Valley, and focusing on wanting a country-style meal, we were not disappointed. Most of their selections are traditional, typical and seen often throughout the Vally, but there's something very different with Crackers! When it comes to how they actually prepare and season their offerings, it's very, very in sync with the South's ingredients, styles, preparation and its seasoning! From their biscuits, pancakes, Benedicts, skillets, omelets, burritos, and tradition, vegan or vegetarian - everything tried has been fabulous! I must say though, that my favorite breakfast of all time is Chicken Fried Steak and Sausage gravy, and they make one, if not the best I've had in the Valley. Not to say there lunches aren't as good, but hmm they are. The Reuben, Tuna Melt Deluxe, Roast Beef Avocado Melt, just to mention a few items we've tried are hard to match. We've been there quite a few times, and their consistency is incredible, not to mention the excellent service we expect and always get. Cracker, you score in my top 10 breakfast joints in the Valley.

This was my first time ordering from this location as I usually go to the one in Mesa. Bf ordered car side pickup for me. The hostess couldn't spell "Stephanie" so my order was under "Steph." Okay? LOL. When I arrived I called the number listed on the parking space. The host replied that he would bring the food out if it were ready and if it wasn't, he wouldn't. Again, okay?? Lol. He came out shortly and provided my order as I gave him my card to process. I checked my order and it was correct (hallelujah!) albeit my poached egg on my Benedict had slipped off and broke :( As for the food- I LOVE Crackers and Co! They have an extensive menu from breakfast- skillets, omelets, Benedicts, muffins, pancakes, waffles, French toast, blintzes, crepes, parfait, oatmeal, to lunch- sandwiches, soups, salads, and burgers! (Although I stick to brekkie!) I've tried most of the breakfast items and there's always something for my mood! The Vatican skillet (sausage, bacon, mushroom, onions, green/red peppers, potatoes, egg, and cheese) was a generous portion that we were able to eat for two meals! I chose to sub the bacon on the California eggs Benedict (English muffin topped with Spinach, bacon, avo, tomato, poached eggs, and hollandaise) for Canadian bacon. Mhmm! Bf thought he didn't like hollandaise but he was proven wrong! Also their country potatoes are crisp and delicious! I like to top mine with black pepper, Tabasco, and ketchup! I just adore Crackers and Co, okay? Check them out, there is something for everyone! (Sponsor me Crackers!)

The service was excellent! My friend and I asked to sit in the warmer part of the restaurant as the AC was on full force and the host gave us a great table. They delivered coffee right away and took our order. I ordered a chicken broccoli scramble. It did not taste very good, maybe the spices on the overcooked chicken. I ate about 15% as I was hungry by 1030 am. Had it boxed thinking my husband might like it. He did not.

Our server, Skylar, was great as was everyone else who learned we there to celebrate. Love that they set an envelope at the table announcing the reason for the celebration. We went all out, starting with the grilled artichokes and the wife had a Midnight Margarita. I have to be honest here...not the best grilled artichokes we've had! They were very tough and although gilled with some nice soft pieces, most of them were not edible. The remoulade served with it was "ok" but overall, not a do over for us. Wife loved the drink, said it was perfect and she asked for a sugar rim in place of salt. We both decided on beef so I had the prime rib, which I asked for rare and then thrown on the grill to bring it up to medium. My favorite way to have prime rib and boy oh boy, the chefs did it right! The meat was tender and flavorful and I had asked for both creamed and raw horseradish...I like it hot so mixing the two brought it to the perfect flavor. Wife ordered the NY Strip, cooked to medium and her steak was perfect. So flavorful, tender, and juicy. We also decided on a side of the brussels spouts, which were roasted but way over done in my opinion. Loved the mashed potatoes that came with my prime rib...lots of chunks of potatoes and so creamy. Wife had mac and cheese with hers and she said it was creamy and flavorful and loved it. I had read reviews about the carrot cake so we decided to just eat half of our meals, taking home the leftovers for next day feasting. Ok, this carrot cake is dense, sweet, and had good flavor but the over abundance of frosting made it really, really sweet! We both had a few bites and decided to bring the rest home. The restaurant itself is nicely done, upscale feel but yet not stuffy. The staff was friendly and again, our server was fantastic...thank you Skylar! This is a bit pricey so it will definitely be on our "celebration dinner" places when we want to go somewhere upscale and delicious. Looking forward to another visit down the road!

As for the food, we had the Fish & Chips with a Mahi Mahi Slaw & Fries, the Ahi Poke Tacos which come in Wonton shells. Hot Honey and Sausage Pizza was great. The Barbacoa Nachos had all the right ingredients & the Double Smash Burger had only some "fancy sauce" on the plate. The Tempura Green Bean, can't remember who ordered, but were good with the chipotle ranch sauce. With me, I'm all about the cocktails, so I treated myself to both the Froze Margarita & the Chi Chi.
