    Avocado Smash , Country Potatoes

Had breakfast at Over Easy and it was fantastic! I ordered the Avocado Smash, and it was absolutely delicious. I loved the unique presentation--it made a great dish even more memorable. Aiden was our waiter, and he provided quick, friendly, and attentive service from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a wonderful breakfast experience. We'll definitely be back!

Went here on ASU vs. U of A gameday, coupled with an already limited parking situation, so it was absolutely packed, but the line moved quickly and the wait staff was impressively efficient. I've been to several Over Easy locations, and to their credit, the service food, cleanliness, and feel of the establishments are always consistent. For my meal I tried the Southwest Skillet, which I hadn't had before. It was good overall and the portions were very generous, though it leaned a bit heavy on the potatoes and could've used more chorizo and beans in my opinion. All in all, still a satisfying experience. Over Easy is one of my personally trusted go-to brunch spots that I'd recommend to visitors.

We were lucky to sit outside on a beautiful day, but very cute inside.

Hands down best breakfast during our Spring Training week in Tempe/Phoenix! Because it was Sunday morning, we used their super handy "join waitlist" option from the website and were seated right away. I shared a lemon ricotta pancake with the table--so good! Loved my breakfast rolled tacos with pork carnitas. The rest of the family had no complaints with their basil melt, southwest omelette, avocado toast, and protein bowl. Along with the cool vibe, service was also excellent!

Cute brunch spot nestled near the ASU campus. We swung by on a Sunday afternoon around the lunch hour and were seated within 10 minutes after we arrived. They did offer the option to be added to waitlist via open table online in advance. There isn't a lot of street parking available, so make sure to park in the nearby garage. Prices were fair and service was speedy. I loved the eggs benedict and was appreciated be of all the different potato sides to choose from. This place is clean and well maintained.

This place was good. I really loved the bright yellow, brunch-y ambiance inside. There is seating outdoors for when the weather is nicer. My friends and I came here for brunch, and didn't have a reservation (they don't take them). You can get on a list on their website though. It was busy when we arrived around 1120a on a Sunday. The parking situation was very rough. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that they will validate your parking, but you have to park in the Piedmont garage. When you arrive, you can tell the hostess your license plate number and you're good to go. Seth was our waiter and was very friendly and helpful! I ordered the protein bowl with scrambled eggs. It was pretty good, but I might try something else next time. If you live nearby/within walking distance, I would recommend this place, but if you have to park, perhaps consider something else.

Protein bowl with vegan sausage - delicious!

This place would have gotten 5 stars but man the parking is a bit annoying. Don't park in the Novis lot because they won't validate the ticket for you. You have to park in the Piedmont lot, which is connected to the restaurant and park on the 2nd floor. Don't scan the QR code, when you get to the hostess, give her your plate number and you're validated. Just with the parking situation, I might not come back. But, I will say, the food, service, ambiance and company today was eggcellent!! I got a protein bowl just like my friends but I had the sunny side up eggs and waiter helped me to substitute the regular sausage for vegan sausage. My bowl was delicious with lots of veggies and I had enough for a second portion. I also had an over easy iced coffee and that was wonderful too. I had the condensed milk creamer on the side so that way I control the sweet level in my drink. I don't like super sugary drinks. The place is super bright inside and waiter Seth was spot on! By 11am today, the place was packed, so make sure to get on the waitlist on their website so you don't have to wait too long. They don't take reservations. And also seems the Yelp waitlist function disappeared in the app, but you can get on the waitlist via their website. Overall, a great brunch experience but be prepared for a little parking chaos when you come to this location.

Stopped in for breakfast before heading to the airport and glad we did! Great vibe loved the outdoor seating and the ability to sit inside well also sitting outside! Our waitress was sage, and she was amazing! Definitely coming back.

Nice location but beware you will need to pay for parking. Ordered an omelet and the wife ordered an egg fruitata. Service was amazing and it came out in 10 minutes. Would recommend this location.

I got brunch here with two friends and overall had a great experience! We all got the protein bowl which was nicely loaded with veggies and was very filling and tasty. Our sever Seth did a great job taking care of us. The inside is very brightly colored and I like the crossword mural. There's also a nice patio. The only issue is that the parking situation is a bit confusing. You have to park at the piedmont garage and then tell the hostess your license plate number as their way of validating parking.

This is almost as painful to write as it was to experience. Our experience had the biggest disconnect between pricing, reputation, and vibe I have ever experienced. (The pre-tax & tip was $127 for four adults and one 5-year old. The flow was atrocious. We were seated by a seater that was on their first day... who forgot (?) to assign our table to a server. We waited until the table seated after us received their meal to be met by our server. The server was monosyllabic, disconnected, and inattentive to our order, which had three daily large errors upon final arrival of our food. The food was brought by a runner and they had no idea what we ordered and we had to sort out who had what. Our server never returned until they presented the check. I will save you the pain of our dining. As for the food, it was good if the sign said Waffle House, but barely adequate for the price/made from scratch advertised. My burrito was dry, listless and the tortilla was gummy. The only meal greeted with excitement was the chocolate chip pancakes our 5-year old granddaughter ate, which she loved, and to our surprise she ate the entire plate! The flow of service was awful, the staff was disinterested (except the floor manager that came to ask how we were doing (sadly it was before the food arrived) and seemed genuinely interested. We were seated at 9:26am, server arrived at 9:47, and we left at 11:32am, and that was with zero dawdling as we waited, ate and left as quickly as the device would allow. This is my first F- I have given and I do it with a heavy heart, but after discussing it with my companions, I feel comfortable with this review. I cannot recommend this, and I I am not living in Arizona will not be able to return to see if that is usual or a one-off. But, given the price, and promises, I say give it a hard pass and try a local "greasy spoon" instead.

Visiting town with my son for soccer, we had a free morning for breakfast so we picked Over Easy. We decided to eat on the patio weather was beautiful and food was great. Servi e was quick as traffic was lite as it was a weekday. Parking was confusing for an out of towner but we found space in the parking ramp connected to the building.

    Traditional Benedict
    Michelle S.

Met a friend here for breakfast. I had never been here before was not hard to get to but there's limited Street parking. There is a garage around the corner that you need to pay via the QRS code however if you tell the restaurant they will give you validated parking electronically so bring your license plate number with you. Our waitress was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Really liked her. They have a nice selection of cocktails but we were still on the clock so only had coffee. The menu is diverse and it was hard to decide but we decided to split the traditional Benedict and the blueberry power protein pancakes and both were amazing! Love the decor lots of seating open and clean. highly recommend

While the ambience is fairly simple, the overall experience is a positive one, especially once the food arrives. I ordered the lox and bagel and was impressed by how substantial the portion was. The lox was generously layered, with a large amount of arugula on top. The arugula appeared to be lightly dressed with olive oil, which added great flavor. While it did not fully align with my personal dietary preferences, it was well executed, and I would be happy to return to see if it can be adjusted. The dirty chai was another highlight in terms of flavor. It was well spiced and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Although it was described as very hot when delivered, it arrived closer to lukewarm, but the taste itself was enjoyable. Service was efficient and attentive. The check was dropped off relatively early, which initially felt a bit quick, but our server continued to check in on us throughout the meal, creating a balanced and courteous experience. The fresh squeezed orange juice was excellent, and everything we ordered was well prepared. Parking in the area can be challenging, though the nearby parking structure behind Pedalhaus makes it more manageable. To be fair, it was busy, but there also seemed to be plenty of wait staff, so I'm not exactly sure where the disconnect was. Food-wise: the spinach artichoke dip was definitely the table favorite. My caprese panini was ok, it was sadly lacking pesto which feels a little criminal for a caprese situation. Our friends loved the fancy French toast & I was absolutely there for the prickly pear mimosas The entire brunch honestly felt like it was one dropped plate away from becoming a sitcom episode. One poor new waiter dropped a plate on the floor, then later knocked glasses off the rack above the bar & shattered a couple right next to guests sitting there. I genuinely felt bad for him because you could tell he was having a rough shift. That said, I really appreciated that they acknowledged the long wait & gave us a discount without us having to ask. That kind of accountability goes a long way. Overall, I'd still go back & give them another try because the atmosphere was fun, the vibe was there, and I can see the potential. Love the healthy food here; everything is good! My personal favorite is the Hot Honey Chicken +…read moreHummus bowl--it is very varied and quite flavorful for the calories. This location is cute and walkable to downtown Tempe. Workers are kind.

We discovered (well really re-discovered after 5+ years) Original ChopShop when we were in town for…read morethe IronMan. What a delicious surprise and local gem, right near ASU. They serve salads, bowls, sandwiches, all-day breakfast, protein shakes, fresh juices, and other healthy, fast-casual eats for dine-in or take-away. My kind of place! This is one of those spots that I'd frequent if I lived nearby (ChopShop, want to open in Northern California?!). I stumbled upon this spot after a little self-guided tour of ASU campus on a sleepy Sunday morning (everyone must have been asleep after the big football game the day before). I'd forgotten about this spot and it was such a happy surprise to find it again and to see that they survived the pandemic and are still thriving. First visit I ordered: -Cheat Day Wrap: scrambled egg, bacon, white cheddar, smashed avocado, tomato, brown rice (I ordered without rice), and turkey or ham (I skipped these too) *DELISH on a whole wheat wrap!!! Full of flavor and super easy to eat. This hearty breakfast sando fueled my active morning of hiking "A" Mountain (Hayden Butte Preserve) the running around the the IronMan course to spectate (30,000+ steps as a spectator!). We couldn't leave town without another trip. I took my guy and we enjoyed a salad, another breakfast wrap, and: -Chicken + Prosciutto Sandwich: grilled chicken, prosciutto, fontina, arugula, fig mostarda, dijon (no dijon for us), on a house bun. If you're in the area, looking for a healthy-ish breakfast, lunch, or snack, definitely check out Original ChopShop. Note: it gets busy at peak meal hours with students and faculty. Order at the kiosks (super easy), grab a number, find a table in their cozy interior or on their large front patio, and your food will be brought to you. Have a question? Just ask - the staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding our choices. And I love that they allow modifications to most menu items! We'll be back!!!
