Every class is different, I've never had the same one twice - with 16 different stations, the combinations are endless. The instructors are top tier, the music is epic and everyone is super friendly & supportive, truly a community vibe. I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym. Trainers are lovely - Dante and Jackie. They were doing a breast cancer fundraiser and gladly donated to it. The space is small but they make the most of it. Seemed like a fun group of people. Denis, is a former world champion. You want to prepare for endurance races, like Spartan race - this is a gym for you. You want to send your kids to slowly get into fitness - Max Gym. This review may sound like cheerleading or an inside job, but I've been training with Denis on and off for almost 10 years and loved almost every minute of it. Any other 24 hour fitness is superior to this one, and so are all the other gyms. They don't clean, they don't even provide plastic bags that are supposed to be provided per their own sign in men's locker. Nothing to dry wet clothes. No towel service.!Scale in bathroom is not calibrated which I brought to attention of worker who just smiled and waved it off as if that isn't a major problem for people who depend on the scales.. Machines are broken with no fix signs. NO SIDE RAISE MACHINES. The freaking benches aren't even fully adjustable. It's either flat or inclined. Dumbbells have different handles for same weight (are you guys not a huge corporation, you can't afford it?) AND they keep raising prices and have also introduced late fees that tack on immediately (no other gym does this as far as I know). In conclusion; I'll be taking photos/videos for evidence of everything I can that's wrong with the gym and will be forwarding that to corporate in hopes it reaches shitty management. -Mussa EDIT: sending a cleaning crew doesn't solve the main issues I mentioned. Bring back the clothes dryers, plastic bags, towel service and the name 24 hour fitness. And get some adjustable benches.

I think regarding the gym it's personal preference, because just my personal opinion I feel that the workout machines are just too close together in a small room, I'm not used to that. Yet every time I arrive, there is still no hot water. As a member who visits almost daily to work out and use the amenities, having access to a hot shower is an essential part of the experience I'm paying for. Being expected to shower in cold water for two weeks is completely unacceptable and creates a terrible member experience. Fitness facilities that provide shower amenities are generally expected to maintain functioning plumbing and an adequate supply of hot water under applicable health and building codes. Keeping members without hot water for this long, while repeatedly promising it will be fixed "tomorrow," falls far below those expectations. I've now had to go out of my way to use the Fallbrook location because Woodland Hills is unable to provide a basic amenity. Woodland Hills is my home gym, and I shouldn't have to drive to another location just to take a proper shower after my workout. I've been a loyal member for a long time, but this situation is making me seriously consider canceling my membership. Two weeks without hot water, combined with repeated inaccurate updates, is simply unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately and communicate honestly with your members about when the repairs will actually be completed. It's time to get this together

I was uncertain when I began, but am now hooked and look forward to attending my 2 days a week. I've worked with personal trainers for the past 20 years or so and have found that my current trainer, Ryan at the Calabasas studio, is one of the most knowledgable . His attention to each individual's differences and needs is remarkable. No two clients get the same workout. He makes needed adjustments on the equipment to ensure the client is getting the most beneficial positions and weights and is able to pinpoint an individual's joints and muscles that need special attention. Several new trainers have come through this studio, but I hope Ryan is there for a very long time.
