This is far and away the most efficient use of the ever-precious time a working parent has in the mornings. Every class is different, I've never had the same one twice - with 16 different stations, the combinations are endless. The instructors are top tier, the music is epic and everyone is super friendly & supportive, truly a community vibe. If you're looking for a workout routine that's efficient, effective, fun and challenging CFC is definitely worth trying out.

I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym. The energy is great until recently, newer members can be rude and don't have common courtesy or gym etiquette. Keep in mind price is high, I pay almost $300 for the membership that does include spin and Pilates. But the class schedule now isn't the best. A lot of the OG good Pilates instructors have quit. Shani is definitely the best one still here. Jill's spin class is 10/10. But I don't see why the high price tag. A lot of machines are constantly broken. The bathrooms are constantly out of soap and toilet paper, and are dirty half the time. Classes get cancelled constantly. A few of the instructors are rude and hog gym equipment. Ash at front desk is the best and always so sweet, Skye and Dani have amazing strength classes but I can't make it half the time due to the inconsistency with child care, even tho Lupe is amazing with kids. But the rest of the staff can be rude and not accommodating. Always new front desk girls What brought me here originally was the kids club. As a new mom, this was the best opportunity. There is just no consistency and there's a lot of rules and regulations that aren't really discussed when you sign up. They advertise everywhere that they offer kids club but at least once a week, kids club is closed or opened late and a different time daily so I end up missing or being late to my scheduled classes. Originally I was taking 2 classes some days, being at the gym for over 2 hours, using the gym as therapy with new girlfriends. Then I was told I'm only allowed to use kids club for an hour and 15 minutes whether someone is in there to watch your kid or not. Which is not a lot of time. After an hour class, I barely have time to use the restroom and fill up my water before I'm texted to come pick up my daughter. Leaves me no time to use the amenities I'm paying for. There's no food or drinks allowed for the kids but it seems these rules are only targeted to certain members. A lot of moms have canceled their membership due to this and have gone to equinox which makes sense given we pay equinox prices. The communication in the gym is very poor. Classes with my favorite instructors are canceled with no explanation. Gym floor classes have been moved to an even darker corner with no ventilation or room for the class size it's intended for. A lot of the girls are from class pass and apparently can't use any basic amenities which again how is anyone supposed to know. There's no signs up or communication. It just seems to be one thing after another but I really hope they continue to try to make changes so they don't lose anymore members. I love it here and my daughter loves coming with me, it's just becoming more of burden as of late.

Trainers are lovely - Dante and Jackie. They were doing a breast cancer fundraiser and gladly donated to it. The space is small but they make the most of it. Seemed like a fun group of people. Got a great workout in, namely it being Saturday - which is an hour rather than usual 45 minutes. Will always recommend f45 to anyone who will listen.

Denis, is a former world champion. You want to prepare for endurance races, like Spartan race - this is a gym for you. You want to send your kids to slowly get into fitness - Max Gym. This review may sound like cheerleading or an inside job, but I've been training with Denis on and off for almost 10 years and loved almost every minute of it. Any other 24 hour fitness is superior to this one, and so are all the other gyms. They don't clean, they don't even provide plastic bags that are supposed to be provided per their own sign in men's locker. Nothing to dry wet clothes. No towel service.!Scale in bathroom is not calibrated which I brought to attention of worker who just smiled and waved it off as if that isn't a major problem for people who depend on the scales.. Machines are broken with no fix signs. NO SIDE RAISE MACHINES. The freaking benches aren't even fully adjustable. It's either flat or inclined. Dumbbells have different handles for same weight (are you guys not a huge corporation, you can't afford it?) AND they keep raising prices and have also introduced late fees that tack on immediately (no other gym does this as far as I know). In conclusion; I'll be taking photos/videos for evidence of everything I can that's wrong with the gym and will be forwarding that to corporate in hopes it reaches shitty management. -Mussa EDIT: sending a cleaning crew doesn't solve the main issues I mentioned. Bring back the clothes dryers, plastic bags, towel service and the name 24 hour fitness. And get some adjustable benches.

On top of that, the overall quality of service has gone downhill badly: * Many machines are broken for long periods of time and never get repaired. * Cleanliness in several locations is unacceptable. * Staff often do not care when members complain or request repairs. * Customer service at the front desk is dismissive and unhelpful. When members bring up concerns about broken equipment or poor conditions, it feels like nobody listens. Loyal customers who supported this company for decades deserve much better treatment. To the CEO and leadership team: please remember that longtime members helped build this company. A lifetime membership should mean lifetime -- not constant restrictions, price increases, and pressure to re-enroll. 24 Hour Fitness needs to start respecting its loyal members again before more people lose trust in the company.
