Most recently, I was experiencing what the doctors thought was classic vertigo and nothing was helping...a week and a half into the miserable "vertigo" I went to see Dr Ryan and we decided on doing some x-rays to get a better look at my neck and it's a good thing we did - ended up finding that the natural curve that should be there is lacking. He adjusted me and I felt better the very next morning - back to normal! Now I just need to keep up with the exercises provided, my new denneroll and my appointments. It may seem like a lot- but your health is worth it and it's MUCH less than going into the Urgent Care and/or ER like I did. I would highly recommend any of the 3 chiropractors on staff; I've seen them all over the years.

Carmel greeted me right at the door and was so friendly and accommodating! If you park in the lot, she will validate your parking ticket for you. Doctor Monica spent over an hour with me for a consultation and adjustment. We spoke in depth about my pain and concerns, and then she explained what she believed we needed to work on. She said she really focuses on muscle therapy, in addition to adjustment, which has already made a world of difference after one visit. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for 8 years, and it has recently worsened. After one session with her, I am feeling much better. I then had a massage with Alicia, and it complimented my adjustment perfectly! I've never had a professional massage focus time on my head and feet, and it felt so nice! Important to point out, the practice is currently only accepting BCBS insurance. I'm fortunate to have that so I only have a co-pay for the adjustment and massage, but if you don't have BCBS, the massage would be $80, and I'm not sure the cost of the adjustment. Also worth noting is that the office space is so nice! It's clean, modern, inviting, and has spa vibe to it, as opposed to a medical office. Finally, it's located in Gaslight Village, so after my appointment, I ventured to Starbucks for a coffee and to read my book. Great day!

They took me in as quickly as they could, and were comforting and pleasant seeing I was in lower back pain. Dr. Ben DeYoung is wonderful. After x-rays, an assessment of my pain areas, he completely explained what he needed to do to help me. He is a good listener and takes his time with patients, giving them individual care with no rushed feeling. After a few treatments, I'm happy to report, I'm in good shape. I also do yoga and continued with some appropriate stretches that Dr. Ben approved of and felt they would help my home care. I would highly recommend the McAlpine Chiropractic Group. The office is clean, modern, and very calming. Dr. Vassar took the time to explain everything in detail so I walked away not only having more flexion, but understanding why and what I can do to maintain that range of motion. In 2014 my whole system shut down and was attacking itself I was rapidly declining, could no longer work, and struggled to function. With his knowledge, treatments, and unwavering caring, we healed my leaky gut and detoxified my haggard system from life threatening mercury, lead, and other toxins. This is not a quick process to say the very least. It involved dedication on both parts and willingness to keep going no matter what. The far infrared sauna treatments, one of the many examples of the tools Dr. O researched and has available for his patients, saved my life. The facility was really clean, and they had refreshments as well. There is an entire wall of shoe inserts and shoes that have our support which is excellent and very necessary.
