Since they immediately fixed it, I thought they looked beautiful and all was well. Unfortunately, now, just two years later, after a recent October rain fall, I am seeing two more seams that were poorly sealed leaking through! They advertise as being seamless, but that has not been the case. I called a few times, confirmed we were under warranty, am told someone will call me back to schedule the repair, but no-one does. This seemed like a nice company, so it's disappointing that the product and relationship has failed now with more rain on the way next week.

At one point, they surely did great work reading all the reviews, but after a month, I'm not going to keep begging them for a quote, which is beyond quixotic. Interestingly, a recent reviewer on 10/13 (Jocelyn K.) said, "they were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly patient." A new Yelper (Asif M.) doing their very first review on 10/27 says, "They will make you [wait] for weeks and one scheduling day they don't show up. its like carelessness." This is sadly another "broken halo" business...one which shouldn't have survived the pandemic. It's not tragic being so preventable.

We made an…read moreappointment to get an estimate and at the scheduled time Alexa and Juan came to our house to do a walk-through and discuss what we wanted. Alexa showed us a sheet of paper with color options for the aluminum material while Juan took measurements. Then Alexa gave us a quote on the spot, which was very reasonable. Once we gave the go-ahead, we got on their calendar, but we needed to do the job in two phases because we were also having the house painted. So Alexa said they could send a crew on one date to remove the old gutters, then come back after painting was done to install the new ones -- two visits, included in a single price. We also asked for sample swatches of three colors to understand how they would look on the aluminum material next to our new paint colors before deciding so Alexa dropped those swatches off at our house another day. The actual removal and installs happened very smoothly and quickly, done by highly experienced crews who worked efficiently and carefully to avoid any damage to the house or the fresh paint job. But a couple days after the install was done, my husband noticed a couple small items that needed fixing, so we contacted Alexa who said they would send a crew to fix them -- and they did so promptly. Throughout this project, whenever we had a special request, Alexa replied "No problem, we can do that for you" and it was handled. No extra charges, no delays, no drama...just 100% dedication to the customer, which is why I am 100% satisfied with Resolution Gutter. 10/10 would recommend.

Since we had extra tiles lying around, he came back the following week to work on the roof. Additionally, when we asked if there was anything we could do about a few of our gutters being extra loud during the rain, he offered to come back to install some sponges that might dampen the sound of the rain hitting the gutters without blocking water flow.
