There were a couple of areas I felt could be cleaner but he said that that was as clean as he could get it. Please do not use this company as it was not honest in the quote given. I was quoted a price with a description of work to be done. The company came out toured the property, got back to me stated the carports needed to be hot water power washed. I advised him to just do what was quoted. He came back after arriving tor the job and said the quote did not include the front of the building. This is a 38 unit apartment complex and he did a walk through 2 times and did not mention the front was excluded. The bottom line is the quote would have tripled in price . Please beware of this type of scamming to low ball the price to get the job and then blow your mind with the added cost to get the job done. All my tenant were inconvenienced, manager missed his job, and i had to drive from Gilroy to San Jose at 7:30 am to find him telling me he had to reschedule to the 1 hour to go over his issues. read more

If I could give this company no stars - I would. Filth-ease is wreck less and irresponsible. Our neighbor hired this company to clean their gutters. Filth-Ease used a gas powered blower to blow sand, gravel, and branches from our neighbors second floor roof showering our car with sand, rocks, and other debris onto our car parked in our driveway below. Our 1 week old car now has paint damage and a windshield chip requiring $450 paint correction and windshield chip repair. We approached Filth-Ease to take greater care and he said, that's the only way we can clean the gutters. I don't know about this company but I use my hands, hose and water. Filth-Ease offered to pay for a car wash. Ya. I don't think so. A car wash will not repair the paint or windshield. Do not use Filth-Ease. read more
