If I could give Caleb and his crew 10 stars I would. We hired Caleb to originally finish the basement of our new home for our kids. Caleb had worked with my family before so we decided to trust his estimate and did not shop him. I believe in word of mouth, and he came highly regarded! After all was finished, I would argue that he was very competitive and I feel the value is amazing for what we agreed upon! What started out as just the basement turned into the kitchen, then the floors, then the walls, and basically a remodel of the entire house! We had Caleb adding walls and changing islands, adding electrical outlets in higher places for TVs, and he happily listened to all of our ideas. Our basement is large, and the HVAC and electrical was challenging, but the final product is perfect. He's so gracious and will never tell you no, but listen when he asks "Are you sure?" Trust his vision! Not only did we add double the workload to his schedule, he came in extremely close to the original dead line. Im not impressed often, but Caleb and his crew really left a lasting positive impact on my family. He is very professional when he needs to be, and friendly otherwise. We HIGHLY recommend working with Colorado & Wyoming Granite. We've had 4 different sets of contractors in our home over the last few months and Caleb and his team were markedly above all others for customer service. We were astonished at the level of personal service and care you receive from Caleb and how responsive he is via email/text/phone. We called around to a few places the first week of November in the hopes of having a new granite countertop by Thanksgiving and the first few places we checked, it was a no-go. Caleb was able to fit us in and was outstanding at walking us through the various stages of the process - narrowing down to what we might want, picking the actual slabs and deciding on a backsplash. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Like another reviewer on here, we were able to use a remnant piece from one of our slabs to change out a really ugly formica countertop in our guest bath and now it looks fabulous! I've been trying to get a quote since Nov 17th. I told him on both November 18th and 19th that I was interested in darker colors and his "blowout sale" that he is advertising on his website. I also sent a sketch. Everytime I asked about it he had another question or two seemingly to delay actually doing the quote. Finally nearly a week later his quote came in very high (near double advertised price) with no pricing on what I actually asked him for in the first place. I asked about the blowout sale AGAIN. He told me slabs are 60-70 sq ft and I only need approx 40 (since when was there no waste in a slab? Another fabricator told me I was using the entire slab). When I told him I still wanted this option priced out I never heard from him again. I believe there is false advertising on his website, the lowest quoted price was nearly double his advertised price, even with a remnant. I guess the prices are all fabricated!!! Haha... His REMNANT price is over $62.xx per sq foot. He makes it sound like my job was the wrong size to get his pricing. I think it's called bait and switch??? He made no mention of being out of town at all, much less for the 2+ weeks and still no quote. Do you need time to mine the granite or what is taking so long? I followed up 6 times on this quote, I finally got tired of the circus and am moving on to someone more professional. read more

Colorado and Wyoming Granite did a phenomenal job with our kitchen. They installed a large kitchen island, two kitchen counter top areas and a bathroom countertop. Also they installed tile backsplash, a new sink, new garbage disposal, and new faucet. They are truly a 'one-stop-shop!' Caleb was extremely helpful picking out the granite slab while suggesting colors and styles. He personally met with us in Denver and took us to three or four granite warehouses to help us find the right granite. When we couldnt find what we wanted in Denver, we found some granite in Colorado Springs and Caleb bought all the slabs of this style of granite, transported it to his shop in Denver, and let us visit to pick out the exact two slabs we wanted, as well as position the cuts on the right place of the granite. He took us to his plumbing supply source and helped us pick out the right sink and faucet. He gave us the best price out of more than 8 bids and saved us thousands of dollars. His crew was exceptionally polite, friendly, helpful, and obsessed with perfection. They finished in one day and were a pleasure to have in our house. Several days later they followed up to make sure everything was working and installed to our satisfaction. Very disappointing. We wasted nearly a month waiting on Caleb to do our job after he told us we were next in his work queue. He came out twice to our house, provided a bid which we accepted and asked to move to next steps/contract. He told us we were next up and that he would send over detailed bid and contract. It never came. He refused to return several emails, texts, and calls to his cell and office from us for over 3 weeks. All of this after telling us we were next up on his project list. I thought something bad had happened to the guy. Finally, after calling the office and insisting on some response, I got an email from him apologizing and saying he normally doesn't drop the ball like this in his communication, but that he did so in our case. He indicated his guys couldn't handle the workload right now, but that's absolutely no excuse for ghosting us and wasting so much of our time after telling us we were next up for his team. Caleb seems like a nice guy but he totally wasted our time and I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere for a more professional company that can deliver on their promises. read more

We used Caleb and his crew to update our dated tile counters to get our house ready to sell. He was extremely flexible and even though we live in Colorado Springs he was able to come down within a couple days to bring samples and take measurements. We weren't in love with any of the samples he brought so he went to a few different warehouses and sent photos of slabs that would fit in our price range. After we picked a slab he had us on the books within a week to get our new counters. The counters turned out awesome and his team were great to work with. I would recommend that you make sure to go pick out a slab in person. Since we live over an hour away and we were short on time we picked ours based off the photos Caleb sent and the granite did look darker in person than in the photos. Not really Caleb's fault as the lighting is going to be different but in the future we would make sure to see the slab in person first. Caleb still took care of us because it wasn't exactly what we wanted and we appreciate that. We put up the backsplash and it really ties in well with the granite. Caleb with Colorado & Wyoming Granite was by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with! I changed out two bathroom vanities to granite countertops and am in the process of changing out my kitchen backsplash. You can't beat his prices and his attention to detail was amazing. My bathroom installations happened late on New Year's eve and it was no problem for the team to be working then. Caleb responded (usually within 5 minutes!) to every single text message I sent. His communication was unbelievable! He also got involved in a plumbing situation that had nothing to do with him and he was able to guide me and provided plumbing references to help complete my bathroom project. He also, in the beginning of the project, took the time to meet with me at his warehouse to make sure he knew what my style and tastes were. My project was rather small, but Caleb treated me as if I was just as important as if I had a larger remodel. When the crew came to install the bathroom vanities, Caleb was there. When the plumber (incorrectly) said the hole for the new sinks was too small, Caleb was at my house within 30 minutes to take a look at the situation.
