This town is king of subway locations, that and super walmarts. I went to one down the street on a friday night, CLOSED at 8pm. I went to one in the Superwalmart. CLOSED. I was so enraged for not having my subway that I was ready to kill judging from my road rage. Then by some divine intervention, I was reminded that there is one in this gas station! an angel whispered it into my ear. This one can get busy at times with townies and other off campus students. I won't tell you what I usually get cuz it might sound vomit inducing to you commoners but GUESS WHAT??? It's DELICIOUS!!! and beats my mother's cooking... sometimes my dad's. I drove to this location for that purpose and when I realized that White Castle was attached, I thought I'd go ahead and fill up as well and use the restroom. This way I could do everything in one stop. As I filling up, I went in to use the restroom. A young lady was cleaning the credit card machine and I asked for the restroom key since the door had a sign to do so. I told her that I was a paying customer and would like the key to the restroom. She asked me which pump. I told her I didn't as I didn't look. I was thinking to myself, I'm paying at the pump with my card so why bother looking at the pump number. She was not relenting, so I walked back out to the pump to get the pump number. I came back in and told her and she says "Oh well someone else is in there now". I was infuriated! I have never experienced this at a gas station before. I will never return to this location. Typically, I don't even buy Speedway gas as I don't feel it's of good quality and this experience of terrible service just made it worse. I didn't even bother getting the White Castle at this point. I never got to use the restroom. I just drove off and I was so upset that I turned around to get her name. Yes, C.C. needs some major training in customer service.
