Any company that goes out of its way to help the customer is a company that has earned my trust and…read moremy business for years to come. I was running on fumes without my wallet and needed fuel to get me to my destination to pickup my paycheck. Seeing my frustration, an associate offered me $10 in fuel and told me just to pay on my way back into town. No questions asked. There aren't a lot of businesses like that anymore, and I'm happy that I was able to find one of the last ones. Thank you again!

Cups stocked, plenty of creamer which used to be always empty before and lots of breakfast sandwiches to choose from. So I was able to get me coffee, gas and breakfast all in one spot didnt have to stop no where else! They really turned this one around, the gal at the register said she was the new store manager and for it being so early everything was stocked and ready to go! Even the coolers were fully stocked, I even grabbed a water to drink later! Will certainly be back again next time I haul through, that new gal really knows her stuff! Good job on the turn around!

Well I went to pay for them and showed the checkout lady what the online ad price was. She said that I would have to go to Custer service. So I did. Lady tells me that even thow it was the same item number as the product. That it wasn't the same product. I said WHAT? It is exactly the same product and exactly matches. She said no the price is lower so its not the same product. I said let me talk to the manager and he came over and also said no we don't honor our rural king website price. I was like are you serious. Every store I have ever showed a sale price that was on their website, was honored. BEWARE!! RURAL KING WILL NOT HONOR SALE PRICES FROM THIER OWN WEBSITE.
