I had reached out to Katie the very next day after my event to let her know how my experience went and certain things that were concerning . She was definitely not as nice or concerned about my complaints. Very unexpected. My daughter, fiancé and I went upstairs to use there restroom and help my daughter adjust her dress. We found three cases of beer, in the second room with the door closed. They were not there earlier when we went upstairs. Keep in mind there were three young staff working that night. Once we found the beer my fiancé confronted the main guy and he said they had to move the beer upstairs because they were moping downstairs in the kitchen. If you've seen this hall you know they could have moved the beer to the side hall way right out the kitchen and before the stairs. It didn't make sense why they would move it all the way upstairs. Also that it was not in the first room but second room with the door closed. The other issue I had here was I had bought a small cake for pictures and a sheet cake that was in the fridge. I had asked the staff if they were going to cut and pass out the cake and they confirmed they would. Come to find out at the end of the night cleaning up, the cake was still in the fridge. They only cut the small cake and placed the plates of cake on the counter. Who ever saw it grabbed cake and who ever didn't, didnt get any. More than half the party did not receive cake, not even my daughter. I had asked the guy "did everyone get cake" he confirmed yes, the sheet cake was extra. So I had an untouched sheet cake and most my guests didn't get any. I felt I just received excused from the staff as well as Katie for that night. Also keep in mind the person they had for photoboth comes off with attitude with her tone of voice. Last thing that went wrong was the staff giving my own professional DJ a hard time when he got to the hall to set up. We had fun but the staff isn't that great and unprofessional. This is my experience. Consider it, before booking.

Desiree had great communication and was super responsive. She listened to what I wanted but also made great recommendations. The day before the wedding she texted me photos to show me the progress of her work. I was so happy with the final result and all of the flowers at the wedding. I loved my bouquet and all our wedding party loved theirs! I would recommend Desiree to anyone looking for a great flower designer who is creative, professional and reasonably priced.

She really listens to your wants and needs, she is very patient when things get stressful and knows how to communicate to help keep you at ease. Desiree's creativity knows no bounds. She made a gorgeous chandelier for our ceremony, a beautiful sandcastle for decor, as well as her amazing florist skills. Our centerpieces, bouquets, and ceremony decor came out just as I had explained to her... soft, beachy colors, nothing too big and fancy, and lots of seashells!! When it came to my wedding dress, Des actually handmade the belt I wore with my dress, as well as hired a seamstress to custom make all my bridesmaids' dresses. Desiree has lots of connections and referrals that are just as reliable as her, to help make you wedding dreams come true. We had a very big wedding, with over 300 people attending. Des worked effortlessly on the day-of and everything was perfect! Ive had people tell me over and over again how I was the most carefree bride, and I swear it was because Desiree worked her hardest to make sure my wedding was my dream come true. I went with 45 min magic show, 20 min balloon twist, and 20 min bubble show. Even though it was raining that day, Dave was very accommodating and communicated with me the different options for a bubble show in case he can't do it outside. He still made it happen and the kids had so much fun popping gigantic bubbles in the rain. I also appreciated how Dave's magic show was age appropriate with the smaller kids but still catered to the adults with a few magic tricks. (I put in the request via email about people with a good amount of energy, since I noticed a different in two parties I had been to, but none of the requests that I had placed via email mattered. I asked for high energy and mentioned that my daughter loves music, and they had lower energy and had to ask them to turn up the music. I mentioned that we didn't need a cake since she was getting one later, and they brought a cake.) At some point during the birthday party, I had to actually ask one of the ladies there to turn up the music because we could hardly hear it. That was really disappointing since my daughter really loves music (which I had mentioned in my email to them earlier that week). They didn't do any singing or karaoke since we hardly even heard the music. Super disappointing. It's cute in the sense that the kiddos can dress up and get their makeup and hair done and they did a great job at that part. I also liked that they took photos and then airdropped them to your phone after. The way it's set up, the birthday kiddo rings a bell to ask for more food or whatnot for her friends. The whole set up honestly doesn't seem to foster the values I want in my kiddo, but for a one time thing, I suppose it can make the birthday kiddo special. I feel like they could do something more fun like ringing the bell each time someone said birthday or something to that effect. Given my experiences here as the host of a birthday, it's cute but wouldn't do a birthday or event here again just given the overall service. Also, you'll end up tipping the people helping out, and that will be extra (I think we paid almost an extra 100). From a parent perspective, it's a little awkward. You are told to put "drop offs encouraged" but a lot of PV moms end up hanging out or not knowing if they should stay or go. I've paid similar amounts to other types of birthdays and have definitely felt like the value was worth it. This place, not entirely sure, but understand it's an institution and place of tradition in the area. You have to bring your own food, but they don't serve cake. Make sure you bring socks.

The lady who does the makeup, acting and orchestrating the flow of the party was pretty amazing and in character at all times. She was quick on her feet and funny. The interior was a little girl's fantasy world. They had costumes for boys too that included Mickey Mouse. There were tons of Princess dresses and matching footwear from sandals to heels to boots. The sizes ranged as well from little toddler girls to bigger girls. There's a fashion show room with a stage and tons of stuff to look at. The tea party room had a whimsical giant heart shaped table. The party I went to had a princess character do story time but I'm unsure if she's provided with the venue or if that's from a separate agency. It seemed like the Princess was familiar with the space. The makeup room was fun with two makeup artists. The girls got to do their hair, nails and makeup (or face stickers). The bad: I wish they tried a little harder to involve my shy kid. I know they don't have time to spend coddling shy children nor do they want to be pushy but I think a little encouragement would've helped with a few of the kids. The interesting: They don't allow kids to eat messy cake so they instead have a candy plate with cotton candy, sour rope, icing covered animal crackers, cookies and more. The teapots don't have lids (perhaps for quicker refills and because toddlers might not know to place their other hand on top to prevent the lid from falling).

Working with Joseph was an absolute pleasure. As a DIY bride the list of items to prepare for a wedding reception was so daunting. I gathered quotes from at least 10 vendors for catering and everyone wanted to nickel and dime everything. Most catererers also had lists of other vendors to reach for linen and cutlery rentals etc. LPG is a one stop shop. Joseph was very professional and as soon as we wrapped up the inhouse tasting we knew he was the one. Super down to earth but so knowlegable with all the details of a reception as well. He made sure we didn't miss a detail. He was so helpful with timeline planning too. He probably could moonlight as a wedding coordinator. Haha. In addition to food service he also had so many items to use for our reception - linens - chargers - dishes - cutlery and even table centerpieces! Saved us at least $600 in rentals alone not to mention the headache to coordinate it all. And he was so generous - he assisted with our champagne tower and beverage service as well. Unfortunately our venue had alot of issues with electricity and non working ovens but I appreciated he and his team did their best to maneuvar around the challenges without stressing us with the details of it all. Food was great. Everyone was raving about his charcuturie too that we served for cocktail hour. It was amazing. We served a 3 course with prime rib and chicken francesse. Highly recommend! Really an excellent value for the food & service. My only advice for the next bride/groom - ask Joseph for a to go box! The reception was so busy and you sometimes don't get much time to eat - you'll wish you could enjoy the meal the next day!
