I am so glad that I found these guys on Yelp. It was my wife's 40 birthday and I wanted it to be unique when it comes to decorations. I went for their yard signs because it looked great in the previous pictures. Communication is easy and clear and straightforward. She responds promptly over text and is very transparent about what it includes and what it doesn't. She tries to understand the likes of the birthday person and tries to come up with the design accordingly. Like for my case, I said my wife likes blue and yellow color and more of a wilderness loving nature. So, the design was appropriately done, like you can see in the pictures. The size itself is pretty big and covers a good to 16 to 18 feet on your lawn. Serves as a great prop for pictures. Certainly, it surprised my wife, and she loved it. Turned out to be a great decor item and made the day feel more festive. The price is pretty reasonable, and I feel it's worth it. Will definitely be working with her again in the future. read more

I left her a voice message to inquire about a gender reveal balloon, and she promptly returned my phone call explaining the details of the balloon. My husband dropped off a card revealing the gender with Sandy on a Tuesday afternoon, and she created a big black ballon filled with small balloons and confetti with the color of the gender inside for the following Sunday. She kept the gender reveal card, so that we wouldn't be tempted to open the card before the party and returned it nicely sealed for us to open later. People were great, very friendly and accommodating. Tables and chairs were very reasonably priced. I was scheduled to pick everything up and when our schedule changed I called the day before my event and they delivered my tables and chairs. The two issues we did have were: 1) The size of the tables. We were told they were the kind that folded in the middle so they would fit in a standard size car and when they arrived they were not. Luckily I have an SUV that the barely fit in but had we had a standard size vehicle not sure what we would have done. 2) Nobody was at the store during posted business hours. I just went to return my tables and chairs at 10:20AM (says they open at 10) and there is a sign on the door saying "be back at 11". So not only is all this stuff still sitting in my truck but my friend had to take a cab from LAX because I can't go pick him up... Because there is nowhere for him to sit and nowhere for his luggage to go. So things started great and ended really poorly for me. And I still have 45 chairs and 5 tables in my truck. read more

I want to do a gender reveal brunch with my family. I was looking everywhere for a balloonist to put confetti inside the balloon. And also I did not want to know the gender of my baby. So I found this place! So the next day I came in and spoke to the owner, who is lovely and very sweet! I saw she had a balloon with a baby face on it but she said she couldn't put confetti in the balloon because it'll weigh it down. So she came up with this amazing idea! She showed me a picture that one of her clients found online of a 36in balloon with a baby sucking on a pacifier! My heart had melted! Sure enough with her magic fingers, it was possible for her to do it. I ask for delivery and she said it'll take about a little over an hour which is fine. So I had brunch with my family at The Bottle Inn at hermosa beach which was a delight! She gave us a txt an hour later telling us she is on her way! We was soo excited to see how it'll turn out. When she pull up to the restaurant. I couldn't believe my eyes! I couldn't wait to pop it and see what I was having! She can do anything! She seems very motivated and a go-getter! I absolutely loooooooooved Hermosa Celebrations! I needed two ladybug themed columns for my sisters baby shower and had no idea where to get them from. I was doing some research on yelp to find someone who could do the columns as well as get them done last minute. I came across Hermosa celebrations who had great reviews so I decided to give them a call. To my relief, Sandy, the owner of the business let me know she would be able to get what I needed taken care of in such a short time that I needed it. Sandy was very helpful and professional regarding my order. She delivered exactly what I wanted and I was 100% happy with her work. The balloons were delivered to the party on Saturday, today is Tuesday and the balloons were still standing as if it were Saturday and they were just delivered! This past Saturday it had to be over 80 degrees and the balloons stood the heat without popping. I HIGHLY recommend Hermosa Celebrations to anyone that is looking for excellent quality balloons! We recently ordered a balloon tower and some other balloons for our son's birthday party. While initially the balloons looked very nice, unfortunately the quality was not very good and many of the balloons did not stay inflated after just a few hours and the huge center balloon even popped almost immediately. Considering the price we had paid, we were quite disappointed. That said, we spoke with the owner who was very apologetic and without any hesitation offered to refund nearly all of the amount that we paid. We did not even tell her what we were expecting to receive, she just took care of it right away for us. This was especially good customer service and she told us that she was going to speak with the manufacturers as well. This was definitely the right way to handle a situation and as such, we will definitely use them again in the future as well as refer our friends. read more
