But he could do the work right away and he told me he was late because of a sick kid. Then he said he himself was under the weather. It is cold and flu season so I figured it was possible. While they were working these guys were acting bizarre. Being verbally loud, and making unnecessary noises. At one point I thought someone was hurt they were yelling so much. After starting the job Justin complained saying 'this is a lot harder to work with then I thought." Even though I was giving him a $125.00 bonus to do the job on Saturday. He asked for cash and to this date, one month later. He hasn't given me a receipt. I made the big mistake of leaving before they had finished the job. I was notified of a memorial service at the last minute. So I left before they had finished the ceilings. Now I realize I should have canceled and rescheduled the job. Or if I could see into the future I would have never used them to do any work. My disabled son stayed to pay them the cash they requested. I told my son to ask questions. My son told me these guys were mocking him when he asked why they didn't paint the hall. Actually what he saw was they textured over the drywall and left the drywall visible. That is what he was questioning. Also there are peaks and snowdrifts in the spakel which follow no pattern. Justin took a smooth ceiling and made it textured without asking me. Then he didn't finish the texturing up to the edges. I know a professional would not do a job this way. They also left a crease on the ceiling in the hallway and blade marks in the design. It looks terrible. Just to further show the low quality of service. They left a huge mess. My son would never notice they left a mess of drywall dust all over the house. When I left they were done cutting and hanging the drywall. This means the drywall dust all over my house happened from the drapes on the floor. They washed there equipment up in the front yard. So there are large drywall pebbles all over the front yard. I heard from Justin who told me it is normal to let the drywall show through and the mess happened during the process. But he agreed to come and make an attempt to improve the poor spakling he had done... that was four weeks ago. Since then he's 'Canceled' three times. He's just stringing me along. He has no intention of fixing the mess he made. Overall I am very dissatisfied with thier work. I have pictures which I have included. Pictures don't tell stories. I payed 800.00 for this messy work. I have reported Justin to the FL Consumer General for not providing me with a receipt and not completing the job, as agreed.

They also put orange peel texture matching our existing walls and matched the Spanish Lace texture on our ceilings. They spent 3 days here and never stopped working, and this was not an easy job. They were prompt and cleaned up in a spot we provided for them. This was one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with and are thrilled with their work. They are the best! Based on the high quality work done on first jobs (see 5/21 review) I had Carlos and his crew…read moreundertake 2 more remodeling projects......demo/replace wall tile/paneling and surround fireplace. I bought all the materials and he did all the labor, usually with one helper each day, taking about 3 almost full work days and charging only $500. Nicely done and will post photo of fireplace and hearth/bench. Final job of completely remodeling master bath was completed yesterday. Again I selected and bought all the materials, and paid $3000 for labor.....at least a $3000 saving under other bidder. This job took 9 work days for 2-3 workers everyday but they removed all tlle, gutted the shower, removed appliances including vanity, and retiled from scratch and did a beaurtiful job with some bonus touches such as framing the mirror and installing plastic baseboards. Quality of tile work was much superior to prior surfaces, however the master tile guy spoke minimal english and sometimes made decisions on his own without asking...also rigid about what materials he used. However Carlos acted as buffer and we ended up with a fine product...and Carlos was proud of the results.

Plaster dried to the walls everywhere, that we had to clean up. Electric was done as well, in the placement of recessed lighting and we have had to call in an Electrician to repair the work. We were also expecting the ceiling to be finished, which was not done. Obviously, not happy. Would never use them again.
