He carefully crawled inside the cabinet space and undid the hardware of the drawer and he removed the top drawer from below. It took an hour and a half and he did not complain about being on his back most of that time. Not a mark on the drawer, no prying no force, he just knew what he was doing. Washington (company owner) came out the same day, and after some calculations, gave us a quote on the spot. Came home from work and saw it wasn't opened. Never heard from them and so I called the next day to see what was up. Was told by the rude and arrogant person who answered (possibly the owner not sure) they were gonna pass on opening it up because they couldn't access the pump easily enough and there were leaves on top of cover. Mind you I waited about 3 weeks for this appointment because they said they were busy. I normally open each year myself with no issues and yah I drain the water off the top which I had already done for them, and remove the leaves and hook things up without an issue. I am very disappointed in them. I bought the pool from them 5 years ago and had them install it with no issue a d they did a great job so I'm not sure what's going on with them but I would highly NOT recommend them. I already opened it myself and it was up and running within a couple hours.

But then the technician came, didn't say anything to us -- and just left without any communication!!! When I called back, they told me that there was "vegetation" so that's why they didn't install it (but we could have cleared anything there!) Also, "Sorry, our technician left for a month for Greece!" So no installation from them this summer, without any warning! Just stay away from these guys for any installation or more involved work! One thing we did not want was to have the typical vinyl sided house with white trip. EVERY vinyl sided house has white trim. BORING!! We wanted to keep the same basic color scheme so I began the chore of finding the proper contractor to do the job. I called several companies. Often you can tell by the presentation of the first meeting if they are going to do good work. This was the case with Quinn's Construction. The first contractor was like a used car salesman and was clearly over its head. While being the lowest quote, it was clear the work would be subpar. The second contractor was much better but lost out since they could not find the proper materials to do the job to my satisfaction. Quinn's Construction took ample time to listen to my wants and provided several options to accomplish the goal. They were the highest price but it was clear that you get what you pay for. The crew was professional and prompt. The work was done over the end of winter. We provided our garage to the work force to make life best for all. Some minor issues had to be dealt with but we came to a fair agreement and the work was done as desired. The attention to detail was great. From the trim around the roof line to the address number box and the doorbells, this was done properly. The bay window required some additional work but it was done well. He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Well, I got a couple of other quotes from others and I knew after that Stan was the right guy for the job. His numbers are very reasonable and I can tell he knew what he was doing.
