We originally thought we were going to do a smaller fenced in area of only vinyl fencing, but Kevin expertly suggested the vinyl + chain link combo for cost-savings and to "disguise" the fence while giving us more fenced-in yard! I typically get 2-3 quotes but after my 3rd quote a friend recommended Stratton Fence. Owner Shawn was extremely quick and hassle free with the quote. Pricing matched my lowest quote. Between the four companies I was quoted 7.5k - 10k. Last year I got ripped off from the landscaper we hired to level my yard, clean the perimeter, build a couple walls and put down grass (NPA Masonry). Needless to say, my yard is nowhere near perfect. I have tons of rock that they had to dig around, in one area they had to work through brush and the yard is not level. I was told from another contractor to beware of having to owe money at the end. That did not happen. The price was the price. They showed up very early in the morning and worked straight through until around 3-4pm. If I did not look outside, or go outside, I would not even know they were there. Both men (owner and employee) were kind and quiet (not that noise would have bothered me but it does some people). They worked 3 or 4 days then had a couple days off while they waited for the gates to be delivered (to them). Upon the delivery they came back to install the gates over a couple hours. I went outside, the gates were installed and they were gone. Easiest contractors I have ever worked with.

He told me he would send someone out to match the prices to replace the warped pieces. The exact lot cannot be matched and Tim told me that it would be a warranty issue with the manufacturer. He told me this about a year ago! It is ridiculous! Tim is hoping I forget about this while keeping my money and not standing by his promise. I would not recommend using this company.

Siding work…read morehas not yet started but last week the windows were done and I just had to write a review on the spectacular work O'Sullivan has done. Everyone I have worked with so far--Brian, Melissa and Tim--have provided outstanding service and support. The windows look incredible. I thought I was going to miss my old wood (super inefficient) windows and that vinyl was somehow going to look cheap but it couldn't be further from the truth. From a windows perspective, they only use quality products. The windows look incredible from both the inside and outside, and our giant picture window is a statement piece in our living room. I especially want to make a shout out to the window install crew, Vlad and his team. They were super professional, arrived and were done on time, and best of all, I can honestly say the house was as clean, if not cleaner than I had left it. Both my husband and I were expecting to come home to a construction site and that could not be further from the truth. Thanks guys! Can't wait for my new siding!
