They visited the incarcerated in the jail multiple times. They allowed his mother to pay over-time as well so that the incarcerated could afford the price. Chris Jones argued very well and the incarcerated left the same doors he came in as the police just looked on. They also allowed the incarcerated to call each day for an update and after each day of court thereby helping his mental state.

We sought out Logan to represent my husband on his case and let's just say that decision was a huge mistake. Needless to say, my husband was convicted on a charge that could've been brought down to a lesser charge had Logan argued the way that he should've. When you hire someone to represent you, the main focus should be to ensure that your client walks away with a postive outcome or even if the outcome isn't what one was expecting, making your client feel as if you worked diligently for one. Sadly, we walked away feeling robbed for time and money. Each case is different for sure, but the fact that Logan didn't even put up a fight against the prosecutor during this entire case is still mind blowing to say the least.. We were told to present character letters to him so when he sat down to speak with the prosecutor, they would be provided to them; those were NEVER considered NOR did he bring them to the judge's attention during the final hearing. Logan knew an illegal search and seizure was performed (an unreasonable search or seizure is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The exclusionary rule is the remedy to an unreasonable search and seizure, which suppresses any evidence seized via such a search; see Mapp v. Ohio,. 347 U.S. 643 (1961) and he deliberately submitted a motion to suppress evidence without stating what evidence he wanted supressed. We both knew that my husband would've had to pay his debt back to society someway, but not with the time they gave him. Not one time did he mention the fact that we have a family member who has health issues, which was the reason we requested that my husband isn't sent too far outside of the region. If you're looking for someone who's experienced, and one who isn't timid in the courtroom, trustworthy, knowledgeable and doesn't pass judgment based on your past, save your self time, agony and money; do NOT seek representation from Logan. He'll put up a fight for those who, never mind, but you'd have better luck with another law firm.

Meanwhile, Bayfront Hospital Brooksville had charged me $54,000 for 3 hours in the ER, plus there were bills for the MRIs, the chiropractic care, Physical Therapy, and the Orthopedic Specialist. In short, I was going to be in debt $40,000 because an irresponsible driver wrecked my car and gave me significant spinal injuries! What Joe Lowman did for me was negotiate with the hospital to take $38,000 off my bill for financial hardship; and then negotiate discounts for all of the bills. Meanwhile, I couldn't even stand up for 1 hour. Joe hooked me up with the right doctors to treat me and get me started on Physical Therapy. It's been 4 months and I am swimming and strengthening my core muscles. I can't thank Joe and his Assistant Jennifer enough for getting all the bills paid and still leaving me enough money to take 6 months off work so I can concentrate on getting well. They were available to me at all times via text messaging or I could go into the office, if I was able to. Joe Lowman is good people and he deserves 25 stars.

This Lawfirm is a complete money grab and will treat you with complete disrespect and unprofessionalism as a client. If you have a big Case, I would not even suggest going here or trusting your business here. There are so many other law firms that perform so much better than this. This Attorney only cares about money on their end not the client or case, and has no social peception. I mistakenly signed up here had a very negative experience.
