It just happened so naturally and I just went home and rested until hard labor set in then called him to meet me at the hospital which he actually did rather than just have a nurse check me and report back before he showed up. He really cares and takes time with you each and every visit without actually prolonging the visit. He just stays as long as you need him and then off he goes!! Just wonderful!!!

Now they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early so she was actually 22 minutes late! I work off of appointments also and I respect their decision to not take her! Chelsea Russ is everything I could have asked for, she took the time to make me feel as comfortable and to explain everything and anything I asked about! Definitely recommending her to my girls! This was my first pregnancy and honestly this is the worse quality of care I have ever been given in my life. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude and they constantly cancel appointments. One time in my second trimester I didn't see anyone for 6 weeks. You rotate through midwives and they are supposed to check your chart but they never do. You have to tell your medical history every time. There is supposed to be an ob that oversees your care but my ob retired and no one notified me for months that no one was overseeing my care. I had pregnancy complications and have multiple doctors I see and it was one of my other doctors that was like hey I can't get ahold of your ob to ask about how to move forward with your care. They have lost all empathy for their patients and are just going through the motions. I don't recommend them especially if it's your first pregnancy and you don't know what to expect so you are looking for someone to explain things to you. I don't want to get too personal on here but some things I experienced made my husband actually think I was being discriminated against and it seems like some other reviews of this office on different platforms express similar concerns so take that for what it is.

With health insurance getting worse by the day, the girl who does the billing is very friendly and she will help you as best as she can to get your billing issues solved. The doctors are amazing especially Dr. Mayeda! He took my complaints seriously and scheduled me for surgery, and after I had the procedure he had me on a good medication regiment to help ease the endometriosis. I recommend this office to everyone!
