She is very professional, personable and knows what she's doing. I feel that she has given me the best care I could have asked from a doctor. She started out by treating and monitoring the toes. After the issue didn't reslove itself she put me in custom orthotics and special shoes with extra room for them which resulted in the issues became managable with regular visits. After I had been seeing her for a while and before I got in the habit of checking my feet every day (i.e. my fault not hers) one of my big toes became severly infected and she was not sure if she could save the toe. It took two months due to my health issues but she stuck with it and it's fine now as long as I wear my orthotics and follow her advice. While under her care I've had two times where a toe was not looking good and both times she fit me in ASAP (the same or next day) and took care of the issue. I've also seen Dr. Jacoby a few times and he is great too. Now, if only they were Cubs fans instead of White sox fans...

While he can come off as a bit cocky, I prefer this demeanor from a surgeon. This shows me that they don't accept a failure or mistakes. My surgery went well and recovery wasn't too bad either. For anyone else with sesamoid problems, I highly suggest seeing Dr. Kazmer for such a complex issue.
