We live in Los Angeles and were scrambling to pack for the trip. I called Mayflowers of Red Bank on Monday and the lady on the phone (Lucy) was the most delightful woman. She said no problem getting an arrangement out by Wednesday morning. The flowers were delivered and took center stage for our Thanksgiving feast. The flowers were so fresh!!! AND the arrangement was fashion forward and unique. This was NOT your average 1-800 style arrangement. The arrangement is not symmetrical, the roses are all crushed together in one spot in the middle that can't be seen from the tall lilies. The peonies yet gorgeous, we left so lol they're drooping and three are bent out of this oversized, ridiculously enormous glass container. All the greens are on one side. It's not balanced, or creatively unbalanced. It is literally a hot mess. The worst part is that the majority of the flowers are tied together with black tape and green ribbon on the bottom that's visible in the water. Normally a florist would wrap leaves around the bottom of the vase or container. Or do something decorative. This just looks like a heartless. Again a disgrace these flowers were cut and arranged this way. The only way this could be rectified is if they come take this back and give me the exact same flowers that are in this arrangement and I will arrange them myself. Update from 1star to 3. The first thing that was said to me was....That wreath is kind of puny, don't you think? This was a catholic mass funeral so the flowers were not displayed in the church the next day. I want to be fair, Its a very nice arrangement. I was told that they started at 300 so i told her lets do 350. What would this have looked like for $300? Its extremely small which is my main complaint for the cost. The outer Diameter was 22". The reason why i have pictures of it on my door is because she was interred at a mausoleum and they were going to throw it away. For a total cost including 15 dollar delivery and 20 dollar tip...we figured we would bring it home. I never said it was not a nice wreath, my complaint is the size. Lesson learned.

I had a number of small issues that probably individually would not have been problematic (scheduling/timing issues, lack of response to email, lack of response to specific requests, lack of apparent plan). As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution
