The clinician…read morewas an agressive, angry Eastern European that talked to me like a second class citizen as she thought I was NHS after something for nothing. She told off her colleague twice in the first few minutes and repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain my problem. There was no way I was going to continue trust this person as my dentist so I got up and left. I should have known better as multiple people have warned me about {my}dentist which I now know to be true. Never again.

I made…read morean appointment and turned up on the day to find a waiting room packed to the rafters with people. It turned out that there should have been three dentists on duty but one had phoned in sick and one had been stranded in Poland! The one who had turned up was undoubtedly working his socks off but there was no way he could cope with the workload of three men. I waited about an hour but when it became clear I'd still be sat there for hours to come I got up and left. Why no one had the wit and wisdom to start phoning patients and rearranging appointments I'll never know. I never went back and have now registered with a competent dental practice.
