They ran into some issues with the install due to the lift manufacturer sending the wrong part but they adapted and overcame the issue. Install took a bit longer than anticipated as a result but nonetheless I couldn't be happier. Andy is absolutely phenomenal. Communicates well and keeps you informed about what's going on.
