Honestly my thoughts were this guy just doesn't want to deal with his mistake. Anyway I left went home and waited a while longer before returning and told them again and the tint guy came out from the back and again saw the bubble and said he'd replace it free but he had to charge me 50.00 to remove the old tint?!? I would definitely chose a different spot for your window tinting needs! You won't get any warm feeling about this place. Update: Just arrived at a different business that does tint and they pointed out where it's peeling on the corner and the tints don't match. I am so unhappy with Auto toyz I would honestly stay far far away from this place.

He remembered me from 1991 when he installed a stereo in my 1981 Toyota Celica. When we were discussing the security system for my BMW, we talked about the system he installed in my Celica. He detailed the components like he installed them last week. A short time ago, my security system wasn't working right so I contacted Paul. He asked me to bring in my car and he would take a look at it. When I got there, one of his technicians, Jason Salas, noticed that the wire to the antenna at the top of the windshield was not hooked up to anything. I told him that I recently had my windshield replaced and that the two sided tape holding the thing up there came loose. Not knowing what that thing was, I disconnected it and put it in my car somewhere . Paul asked me where it was. I told him it fell off the windshield because it was not attached right and that it was in the car somewhere. After we found it, Jason put it back in place with some good two-sided tape and the alarm worked right again. I told Paul I was amazed at how quickly Jason diagnosed the problem. He told me "Jason was Installer of the Year in the entire country as recognized by the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association back in '06/'07." Paul and Jason are the kind of people who work at AMS and that's the kind of service I've been getting there since 1991. I highly recommend AMS for their selection of quality car stereo equipment, automobile security systems and especially for the people who install everything they sell."

Rather than properly diagnosing the issue or involving experienced technicians, the concern was minimized with unprofessional remarks and weak explanations that showed little technical understanding of the actual problem. It honestly felt like there was more effort spent avoiding responsibility than trying to identify the cause or provide a real solution. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of seriousness regarding possible safety and water intrusion concerns. Customers bring vehicles to a dealership expecting trained professionals, accurate diagnostics, and respectful communication -- not sarcastic comments and assumptions without inspection. I hope management seriously reviews the professionalism and technical standards within the service department.
