The awning on my 2018 Thor Ace needed to be replaced. In addition, the house batteries weren't charging when I plugged the unit in to a power outlet. I contacted the large RV dealers in the area and was told that they couldn't even look at the RV for about 3 months. I found Craig's Family RV and contacted Damon. He had me bring the RV in, took a quick look at it, and then told me he'd order the parts and give me a call. He called me a couple days later, so I took the RV in. Within a couple days he was done.
