Jake, the owner, quickly responded to my request for a quote. He described how they would do the ceiling. He had a machine that had a vacuum attachment that removed nearly all of the dust. He showed us pictures of some of his recent work and we were sold. Although they were busy, we got on their schedule quickly. Tommy, the crew lead, was absolutely amazing. His team had a work ethic that you rarely witness. Their attention to detail was superb. Even after a couple of months, I walk into the redone rooms and just smile. We had hail last year. It wasn't large hail and I didn't think anything about looking at the roof…read more As the months go by, I realize all my neighbors are getting new roofs. For the last four months, people have been dropping by and leaving pamphlets from roofing companies. One day I happen to be at the right place to see a pamphlet dropped off, so I called the young man who left the pamphlet and asked him to come take a look at the roof. Devin showed up the next day to inspect my roof. He told me my roof is in bad shape and my insurance should be contacted for the hail damage he saw. I contacted my insurance company and an adjustor arrived 2 days later. Devin helped me navigate insurance steps and met with my adjustor. Fortunately for me the hail storm damage was reported in time and I was able to get a new roof with my insurance covering the costs while I pay my deductible. Many thanks to Devin for his hard work. He facilitated the whole process for me. He is polite, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. If he says he will take care of task, he does.
