He said that they'd recently implemented some changes so as to avoid further customer confusion (refurbished vs. new parts). So I bought a groupon for this company with intentions of having some junk removed from my garage. I called the company and set up an appointment for a week out. I was told by a guy named John who claimed to be the manager that they would be at my home on a Saturday morning at 11am. That Saturday came and they never showed. I waited around for them and never even received a phone call. So I called them and John told me they were busy and would come the next day at 11 am. Sunday came and went and I never heard from the company. I called and left messages but I never heard back. I called groupon and advised them of the no call no show from the company and asked to have my money returned. Instead of putting my money back into my back account Groupon gave me "Groupon Bucks." On the following Monday I called the company and spoke with John and told him how disappointed I was. He said, " I'm sorry we get busy sometimes. Some jobs are bigger then others." I told him I understood that, but they could have called instead of standing me up for two days. I told John that I would leave a negative review of his company and he said whatever.
