The staff very lovely to her and changed the clasp to a bigger easier one without charge and posted it straight back to my mothers house. It's nice to know that good customer service still exists out there!

The scones are excellent, and my daughters have rated every cake they have tried very highly. I agree with the previous reviewer though get there early, especially in the summer, and on Fridays (for some reason) all year round, as they do get busy. Mid week in winter is a bit easier, and personally I prefer North Berwick then, as it's less crowded and you can have some wonderful walks along the beach in the winter sunshine.
