I'm definitely a fan and would use them again in a heartbeat…read more I didn't hire them directly, but a contractor I hired hired them as a third party removal service to remove a boiler in my house. Initially, I was upset at Unlimited Removal. They didn't come on time, a second appointment was made (through the contractor I hired), they idled outside my house for an hour in an unmarked truck without knocking. Eventually, I went out and did the awkward "Hey... can I help you?" thing (pretty sure it was for boiler removal, but not completely?), and then I was kind of pissed off because they said they were waiting for the contractor I hired (Addario's Services) to show up, when I hadn't heard anything about that. THEN I found out what happened. Addario's was complete crap at coordinating multiple parties. Unlimited Removal wasn't getting the right times for the appointment. Addario's told them to wait for someone to come out to disconnect the boiler first (even though it was already disconnected), which is why they were in front of my house for so long -- waiting for someone who was never coming. They were really just doing the best they possibly could with the information and mixed messages they were given. Once everything was straightened out, they worked quickly and efficiently at the job. Because of the pandemic, they wore gloves, well-fitted KN95 masks, and booties. They were super nice, friendly and really went above and beyond with sweeping and cleaning up the construction mess in the basement. I never thought that something as mundane as "boiler removal" could leave me pleasantly surprised -- but I was really blown away by their professionalism and the quality of their work! Only reservation -- I was still a little weirded out by the unmarked tractor trailer truck idling right outside my house on a quiet side street for an hour. They probably could have done more to contact the company once it was clear they weren't showing up, or maybe let me know who they were or why they were there. They were reading in the cab and maybe time got away from them :) Not a big deal all things considered, and, like I said -- it was really screwed up communication they were dealing with!

I didn't think a place would want to even bother for that amount. The place I was getting the shower pieces and countertops acted like they were doing me a favor to make and sell me their product and I got a song and dance. Finally delivered pieces I needed and were cut 1/4" narrower than the plan I gave them, gave me a rough cut (rectangular) windowsill and didn't come template it as a window sill. Needless to say, I'm not getting my countertops from them and I'm going to Sygma in about an hour to get excellent service.

People park along the road and narrow it to one lane. I was trapped in the one lane area when the truck came barreling up the road in front of me. Instead of pulling over in the wider part he was in he came right up in front of me. There was a car behind me. They finally got the point and backed up a bit so I could pull back and then the Sygma truck driver squeezed pst while yelling and gesticulating out the window. Keep in mind, I was on this road first and trapped in the narrowed area and he could have pulled over at the wider point he was in and just let me by. Instead he was dangerous, aggressive, and threatening. All while I had a truck load of children. Not how I imagine you want your business to make an impression. This was at 1:45 today, 7/23/2019.

The driveway has humps and low spots all over... in the winter we have puddles that freeze and are a constant hazard. It looked like this 6 months after getting installed. I specifically requested and paid for additional thickness for the sub base to ensure this would not occur... and also asked for extra thick layer of asphalt. But looking at the pictures you can see that they did neither! I contacted the company multiple times over the past... each time they assured me someone would be by to take a look and fix the issues. But no one ever showed up... they just kept leading me on for years. Well, I am sick of trying to chase them down. I again do not suggest using this company! They do not stand behind their work! They do not seem to care about your contract for specs of the depth of sub base or top layer... and only do the job the cheapest way they can... which does not even last 6months!
