Going to be honest here. I paid these guys just under 10k and the moment they got paid they…read moredisappeared. They outsource a lot of the work - but never check in on the the quality of it. When you raise a concern they show up once and then disappear. They ripped up my whole yard and had an outside vendor hydroseed it. The job is not great but they have not checked on it once. They said they would fertilize - came once after I reminded them. No communication since. They showed up with a tractor to mow my lawn in a rainstorm and caused more damage! They said they would come to finish mulching in June - it's now almost august. They said they would trim the bushes on both sides of my house at the same time - again it's almost august. I just can't recommend these guys

Poison ivy, invasive plants, uneven ground, and a yard built into a hill - all my nightmares I definitely was not going to be able to take care of myself. He came out quickly to take a look and gave me a quote at an amazing price considering all the gear I'd have to buy to even begin to think about doing it myself and never mind the time involved. He made sure I understood that he doesn't haul the yard waste away, but will bag it up for pickup with your regular service. We agreed to have him come out the day before my yard pickup so nothing would sit rotting for long. He arrived in the morning and worked hard until the heavy rain forced him to call it a day, but he was back the next morning to finish up and even re-bag the ones that got wet the previous day so the garbage pickup takes them. My husband and I are actually amazed at how much space the yard has now that it doesn't look like a jungle, and that Magaiver did this all himself. They've brought in yards of loam and leveled / reseeded parts of our yard, always with great results. They've aerated our yard every 1-2 years, despite it being a small standalone job some years. They've removed a diseased tree. They helped remove an old paver patio, neatly stacked the old pavers, and prepared the soil for new grass.
