I Went to Lisa Cusson last year, it was one of the most horrible experience's of my life…read more I Originally had a dentist before coming to this facility but I was not living in that area anymore and my Insurance pointed me to this Dentists office. I went in for my regular standard first time meeting cleaning and everything seemed ok even though i had to wait about half an hour after my scheduled time to get in. I was told to come back as I needed some fillings to be done in my mouth. A month Later I came in and I had to wait again a little longer than the schedule time. Finally got taken into the room for the procedure. Lisa worked on 4 fillings taking exactly 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete. I felt that was way to long for 4 fillings and during the work she was doing she commented " Oh Sh*$ " Not sure if it was shoot or what not but it was obviously an issue because i felt something wrong happening in my mouth. A cracked tooth perhaps?. Yup during a filling to one tooth she cracked another one I didn't realize till later. So now i have a small gap in between my teeth that gets all kinds of things stuck in it when i eat. After the Fillings were finally done, she kept asking me if my mouth felt ok, It was ok because Of all the stuff in the needle you shot into me, I couldn't feel anything, shouldn't she know that? I went home and after whatever she gave me to numb my mouth for the fillings wore off. I was in a huge amount of pain! I called her emergency help line as the place is only open like 3-4 days a week. She told me she thought it was a tooth that needed to be pulled. WHAT??? She put a filling on a tooth she knew needed to be pulled? Later charging me for it. She put me threw to another Doctor, who i Saw but was not a tooth doctor but a Gums doctor. He said he thought it was my gums not the tooth. So he called Lisa and had words with her over the phone that sounded behind the muffled door not to good. Afterwords he just sent me on my way. Still in pain but with a prescription. (It was not my gums) Over the coarse of the next 3 WEEKS!~~! I had massive amounts of pain the only thing i could do was take cold water which i always had in my cup in my hand and I had to drink it ever few seconds. I did not sleep the entire 3 weeks either!!! I saw 4 different dentists and they refused to touch my tooth because of what she did to it, I kept hearing legally they cant touch her work. All the prescriptions I took did absolutely nothing. In the end I found someone that would pull it and was very nice to me, who i wont mention because this person knows Lisa and is not a fan of her work. The tooth that was pulled they said had been drilled into to the root and it had rot in it, she decided to pull a filling touching the root and the rot (and knew it needed to be pulled). The pain I can tell you was so bad, I never wish anyone to go threw this. This was complete Malpractice! I could not work at all for a month because of this Woman and this establishment, I lost a Months Pay, and could not get any doctor to sign my paperwork saying why I was out. My workplace did take me back but it took alot of convincing. Remember to keep all your records of everything you do, this might save you to one day. The other day within a year of being serviced by this place, My Filling on one of my teeth came out. A filling which is supposed to last 5-15 years didn't last even a year. So now im off to get that fixed by my new Dentist..... ridiculous. I try not to hate anyone, I really do. But I hope this place goes under, and Karma please take you. It was the worst experience of pain of my life I can definitely tell you that. Lisa was not the only person that was in on this. The other people that worked there seemed not to care at all about what happened. The woman that does the paperwork who I had to talk to just gave me the run around, trying to get me to just go away basically. After the emergency phone call i put in that night when my pain first happened. Lisa never talked to me ever again, the only person that would respond what the woman that did the paperwork. Its hard to write this because I am just so mad even thinking about what they did to me. So I ask you, please do not go to this Dentistry. They do not take responsibility for what they do. Their integrity is zero to none.

He knew I had bad anxiety, and the team was so comforting, supportive, and successfully calmed my anxiety. I have to say I never expected it to be this good. Nothing could have been better. Not only are both Docs excellent surgeons but their bedside manner is beyond kind and reassuring with a healthy dose of humor when appropriate. The office staff is top notch; every single one of them. I have extreme dental anxiety but I actually enjoy coming to this practice. I cannot stress enough a pain free visit. They offer different levels of sedation including being asleep for people like me. Don't be afraid of dental surgery, see Dr. Lane or 2.0! You will not regret it.

They guy on the phone made the appointment and didn't seem unprofessional, but I did if he knew how much my insurance would cover and he said he had no idea, but ended up giving me a call back. fast forward I come to my appointment and they think I was there for a cleaning. I said no, a root canal so he sat me down and looked at my tooth and said "i'm going to give you a filling". NO....I am in pain and a filling will do nothing, he then continues with saying that he is unable to do a root canal on a molar because the roots are "too thick" He continuously "apologized", but didn't seem anyways sorry about the fact that I now have to make another appointment for another consultation and then another appointment for my root canal. I am mind blown at the loss of communication in this place and won't be coming back.
