Driver pulled in behind me (not using their service) blocked me in the middle of my backing. I stopped finally he moved when he decided to pull arround me, hit me with his flat bed part of his truck. Dead battery after the gym this morning. Guy was out in less than 30 min and had me up and running. Very responsive and professional.

I had a 24' foot trailer towed and the driver damaged the Rt. Front jack and the aluminum siding just below the front window. These jacks (4) do not expand on their own while traveling. It is impossible, it will take a tool to expand them & they DO NOT EXPAND ON THEIR OWN like the driver& owner of Cranes Towing suggests. if I could give them less than one star I would. The ladies up front were BEYOND rude. They wouldn't let me in to my vehicle and then tried to not give me my documentation back. Will NEVER be towed by them again. read more

Very reliable towing service. Rocco would be the gentlemen that helped me last and let me say he goes above and beyond to help the customers. Very nice respectful guy. Also he is very social which does not make you feel awkward just standing there. If I need the service in the future for sure i will be requesting him if possible. read more

Today my friend and I were on our way to Bakersfield, but the truck we were in decided to stop running. We had to pull over on the side of the road and could not even get the vehicle to start. It was of course very stressful. However, luckily my insurance is amazing and got us set up with Crane's towing. After my insurance contacted Crane's, Miriam at the tow office called me for clarification on the information that my insurance provided. Shortly after our call, the dispatcher Tim called me for one last verification. Both Miriam and Tim were very kind on the phone. I really appreciated their communication. Our tow truck driver Robert arrived only 20mins later, he was great. My friend and I are very grateful for everyone who helped us at USAA and Crane's towing. Thank you! read more

Mike, the driver of the tow truck, was super helpful and kind. Our RV broke down on 65 and we had to spend the night in the service station parking lot. He had a generator brought to us so we could have air conditioning and power to the RV. That is going the second mile. Appreciated it. read more
