If I could give no stars, I'd give this place no stars. I needed tow service and in transporting my car, my steering wheel and front tires were detached making the car inoperable. I've made several attempts to contact the manager Mike and he refuses to answer my phone calls. This repair cost me $7000 and they've completely ignored the damage they've caused my car. read more

Cody is the man! I locked my keys in the car like an absolute idiot, at pump 7, at speedway in the middle of a busy intersection. Freaking out, with nearly no idea what to do, I googled "towing near me". Prime towing responded to my call instantly, straight forward, asked the 3 simple questions. "What model is the car? Where are you at? What happened?" Boom. Like the kool aid man bursting through the wall, here comes Cody in this bright yellow, hero of a truck. It was done well and with respect. They worked with my friends. Took care of my dog. They cleaned up the scene. When we met a week later, they helped put the gaps in our memories together.
