My Appointment was 5/10/17 @ 2:40p.m. I was a new patient. It was the BEST experience ever!!! Very neat and clean lobby area. AWESOME receptionist! Very pleasant and welcoming. They ALL made me feel sooooo comfortable with my first visit. They do paperless charting which I think is awesome because paper work do get missed placed and out of wack at other places and besides with new technology, no body is using paper any more. But at CRANFORD dental they are organized and that's what I fell in love with. When I got to the back I was so excited. I felt like a little kid sitting in the chair and admiring all the neat and clean equipment they use. It wasn't no doubt in my mind that I was HAPPY. I said to my self over and over this is my new dentist. After meeting my dental hygienist Brittany I fell in love instantly! She was soooo sweet. I opened up to her alot about my teeth and concerns I had with my mouth. She was definitely GREAT. After getting x-rays done DR. ROBINSON came in with this BEAUTIFUL smile and talked with me about a plan to fix my teeth. She was phenomenal. She was very patient with me as I asked alot alot alot of questions so many I had to tell myself that was a dumb question lol. Nevertheless, her and Brittany stayed by my side and answered each one. I was going to get a tooth pulled that particular day but wasn't able too due to my blood pressure being extremely high. Brittany and myself went to the consultant's room and she called different doctors offices for me to get an appt. to check on my blood pressure. At that very moment I really fell in love and I said I will ALWAYS come to CRANFORD Dental and I have been referring EVERYONE to them. I highly recommend Cranford Dental! Dr. Robinson and the staff at Cranford Dental are top notch! I am always made to feel welcome and they stay up to date and use the latest technology to bring their patients quality dental care. I have had lots of dental issues throughout my life and had many "not so good" experiences with dental work along the way. Some of which have led to the extensive dental issues I now have to this day. Dr. Robinson listened to my concerns and has helped me to work toward my goal of improving my smile and overall dental health. I had a semi dental emergency that developed last night. A piece of my tooth broke off from a filling during dinner and this morning when I woke up I knew I had an issue. I called Cranford Dental (Kathy may be the best receptionist in the Carolinas) and they got me in first thing this morning. Dr. Liz and LeeAnn were the ultimate professionals. They explained what had happened and showed it to me on a computer screen. They gave me a couple of options and I chose to move forward this morning with a temporary crown. Their care for me and their skill in taking care of the issue and prepping the tooth for the temporary were outstanding. My dad was an incredible dentist and loved his work and patients. Dr. Cranford, Dr. Liz and staff are cut from the same cloth. Don't think I have ever smiled so much during a dental procedure. They reminded me of my dad with how much they care. I woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible toothache. I searched the internet and found Cranford Dental and they opened at 7:30am. I called at 7:30am and Cathy answered the phone. She set me up for a 8:30am appointment. Outstanding! We took care of the paperwork and shortly after, Debbie called my name. What a sweet heart! She took my history and such. Soon Dr. Cranford walked in. Nice calm chair like manners. I soon had x-rays and my mouth was mapped. They were able to set me up for a tooth extraction at 3pm-the same day! He prescribed some pain meds and I left. Cathy called me and said they could move my appointment to 2pm. I returned and was seen my Dr. Cranford's daughter-father/daughter Dentists. Dr Elizabeth and her hygienist, Lisa, briefed me. The procedure took less than 30 minutes. The office was very professional and considerate! read more

This practice is phenomenal! If you're looking for a new dentist in the Rock Hill area you absolutely can't beat Cranford Dental! Every single person there is kind, warm, welcoming, helpful and professional. I went with my whole family, including my baby who is under a year, and they took such good care of all of us! Crystal even helped me with the baby when she got fussy! Betsy did a fantastic job on my teeth and Dr. Elizabeth was warm, gentle and straightforward and honest. I recently had a bad experience with a different dentist trying to over charge me for work and that is definitely not what happened here. Also, my 2 older daughters (7 and 4) really enjoyed their visits and my 4 year old's hygienist even let her sit on her lap for the cleaning! I just can't say enough good things about this practice! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry and very patient while making your visit feel as comfortable as they can. My cavity-prone young daughter adored Dr. William Cranford and (despite many childhood fillings and pulled baby teeth) NEVER developed a fear of dentist visits. This morning I had my first visit to Cranford Dental. I have mobility issues and was concerned about how challenging the visit would be. My concerns were unfounded and I had an amazing visit. Every person in the clinic was very professional but also extremely helpful. This is a very welcoming office. I gave been going to Dr. Cranford for a few years now. Always a good experience. Today I went for a crown and filling. The procedures were completed quickly and painlessly. Three hours later i am home eating lunch! A big plus is that they have the capability to complete the crown without any return visits.
