I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here the other week and it was AWFUL. To start off DON'T TIP ON CARD because the employees don't get it and the owner keeps it, I heard this first had from the employee. Also the owner up charged us on the amount of kids we had 8 which is included, they charged us for 10 ( extra 50$). Then they proceeded to forget our pizza and almost drop our cake. One of the managers he had curly blond ish brown hair was so unbelievably rude to the other employees and almost threatening them. Additionally this place is filthy, dust everywhere, bathroom disgusting. Don't waste your money here, you will probably catch the new covid variant. read more

It was a good kids indoor playground to enjoy during the weekday afternoons. The place was not busy and was decent for cleanliness. Admission for my kid and myself was $27 and then we paid another $3 for the train ride. It can be an expensive play option, but good during rainy days. read more

Absolute gong show, true, it's kids running around but at a hectic pace, too risky for my princess to be knocked over as kids running at top speeds. Plus a small, confined areas, unlike tue spacier one in Richmond. Looks a bit worn down, and washrooms was a pigsty. But the plus here were the different reserved sections for bday parties. A bit more themed. Prob not much in this area to choose from. read more

A three-story monstrosity for children to explore. Wow, the play structure huge!! There are ramps, suspension bridges, rope ladders, traditional ladders, wall-climbing obstacles and tunnels for kids to explore and navigate. I think most of the structure is easily accessible for kids ages 5 and up. But, it is definitely not easy for full-sized adults to traverse. I had difficulty crouching and crawling around some of the smaller and narrower passages. Some younger/weaker or more timid kids may not be able to get through some parts on their own. The structure was so large, and the views are so obstructed, I lost my daughter. It took me over 10 minutes to find her, and by the time I did, she was in tears. The food they serve is barely passable for a Yelper, but okay for their intended audience. Our party had pepperoni and cheese pizzas with lemonade. Pizzas were a little bland and thin, but kids don't know any better. read more

No doubt the kids will love this place. However, in the adults perspective, there are many improvements that are required, sanitation, refilling toilet paper, friendliness of staffs, fix ups on the play areas. I do want to make a note to all parents, I went up the play area myself and I did find that many squares were wobbly. Management and the place didn't feel like they cared, as long as you pay your entrance fee. Will be looking for other places to bring my kid. read more

I was here about a year ago for a birthday party which was super fun for the kids but the adults didn't love the noise or crowd. Took my kids here the other day, what an amazing day for us. I was happily surprised by the renovations and cleanliness of this place during our visit. I was looking for an indoor play place for my one year old during the really cold weather that hit us during Dec 2016. Crash Crawly's deserves a mention because they have a special area for babies and toddlers with some slides, tunnel and tactile games. My one year old had fun. I do think though that they could maintain the place better in terms of cleanliness, friendlier staff and better and healthier food options. They do not allow outside food and the food options inside are very limited and junkie. read more

Pros: Fun, creative play structures, mini golf is great, train ride was fun for little ones, nice are for parents to RELAX (big one for us). Reasonable prices and food is geared towards kids. Cons: A little dirty and could use a good cleaning. Staff were pleasant but not enthusiastic. Overall for a rainy day you can't go wrong. We will be coming back next month. read more

This place is not clean, the toilet is always plugged up and not usable, the staff lack knowledge about health safety. A large group came, maybe a daycare or something. One of the girls vomited on the floor, and splashed out pretty large area. Her school's staff took her to the toilet while other teacher reported at front desk where usually staff there. No immediate action was made and a couple children ran over it and went back into the gym and germs were spread inside the gym everywhere. At the time I didn't feel comfortable to stay anymore, and I decided to leave. I complained to front staff, she kept saying they were cleaning. I had explained not the only floor, the germs already traveling into the gym, you must evacuate all children to fully clean this facility before reopen. I requested manager contact phone number, she refused. The male staff said if you wanna leave, that is your decision, refund nor replacement tickets. I gave up, I didn't want to waste any time to deal with staff like them. We had stayed only 25mins paid closed to $60. As we left, the male staff only cleaned the small section of floor and just one or two steps into the jungle gym. They don't care about children's safety nor easy spreading of germs may harm everyone in the facility. As we are living this rainy climate, as parents, always searching for something indoor for my child to get active and fun especially holiday or vacation season. I have visited few time so far, I could seen every time this place gets dirtier, staff is not professional. I highly recommend don't go this place, this is not the safe environment for kids. I just had to review this. I recently took my niece here, had a blast (both of us). I remember coming here ages ago... hasn't changed much, except for the fact that it's a lot harder to climb through things. Yes, I did. It was a bit awkward being old, but I had a child cover so it's all good. Oh, they black slide, don't worry it's not bad at all. Just twice as high and steep as the steepest playground one you've been on. Maybe I'm just big, but the place seemed pretty small in terms of variety. Within an hour we went to every crevice and back again. They have lazer tag which is child and adult friendly, pretty big and cool. You get to put on a big vest and shoot people, it doesn't get much cooler than that. Just don't wear white or you'll stand out... and get shot! Forget the food, it's all junk, sodium overload! Come for fun, eat later. read more

It is a very large playcentre, so if you have kids that range in age, it would be good. My guy is 3 though, so he wasn't big enough for a lot of things. We spent the majority of the time in the toddler area. It was a bit dark, dingy and dirty, especially the ball pit. It was also very messy, and the evening we came here, we were the only ones there for at least an hour, no one ever came out to straighten up. Definitely showing some wear and tear - could use a bit of a spruce up. Didn't eat anything there, but saw that they have a large area put aside for parties. read more

I've been to Go Banana's in North Van & Richmond, Granville Islands Children's Market and (I think it's called) the Gator Pit in North Van too (?). CC's is the largest by far, and for toddlers during Monday - Friday school hours - they basically have it to themselves. During this time, it's proven to be perfect for little ones to develop gross motor skills when 4-7 year olds may knock them down. I get the $50 M-F access pass, which is good for two-months. Pretty good value. Whilst this is the largest and probably the most exciting place I've seen - with a train, massive TV, a toddler zone, cafe and a lasertag area for older children, it needs to be careful about keeping it up to date and clean/tidy, and believe parents need more training on keeping their areas tidy. Otherwise - CC's is likely to be a family staple for several years to come! read more

I've been here a few times the kids seem to really like it. The service is so slow and the employees seem to hide in the back or something. I'm not to sure if it's family run but there are like 12 year olds running the food part. I waited for 20 mins while the girl was no were to be found i guess she was sitting in the back. That's what another employee had said. The coffee tastes like warm water. I was really disappointed in the service. The woman at front was running around trying to let every one in and out. It just seems poorly managed and dirty. There are dust and hair and who knows what else hanging from the equipment. This place could use a good scrub down. read more

We just came in for my daughter's second birthday party, my husband and I came in with both arms absolutely full with party supplies and our sleeping daughter 30 minutes early to be greeted extremely rudely by a brown haired girl with a heart shaped necklace. We were informed without a drop of sympathy that our table was not ready yet and we were not permitted to check in until 5 minutes prior to the party time. Before we were able to open our mouths she told us "it's on our website" and turned around to help someone else. If we hadn't paid a deposit we would have walked right out and rescheduled the party at home. Absolutely disgusting customer service, we will never book with crash crawleys again! read more

Came here for the first time today with our 1 year old. They have an area that is for 3 and under and our little guy loved it. However there was nobody supervising the area so he kept getting bowled over by big kids that weren't supposed to be in the area. Also found the place to be quite dirty everywhere. Went there this past weekend with my 3 year old grandson. We will not be back! The place is filthy! So dusty, we were coughing the whole time we were there. Sticky everywhere, even the canteen tables had not been cleaned off. And, there are very steep stairs to go up to and come down from washrooms. And the washroom....it appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned for some time. Very small play area for toddlers, certainly not worth the high admission! There were two small rides, one was broken...staff unfriendly, unhelpful, with little or no attendance or attention from them with the activity center as a whole. They recently added a whole lot of seating and cut down on the play area. It is still quite large though and good for parties. It gets very loud with parties or summer camps and quite congested as well. They also raised their prices quite significantly without updating their website so be warned about that. The major thing they need do to is upgrade and clean their washrooms. Also with kids running around in their socks and stepping on all the pee on the washroom floor and then returning to the play area it can get quite gross. Still a lot of fun for kids as long as you can forgive the dirty washrooms and spider webs hanging all over the place. read more

The staff cleaned up our table when I was in the bathroom despite there being a bunch of food and drink still left. I politely asked for a replacement since the kids I brought were still going to be hungry. The young staffer said they'd have to ask their manager who told me I had to buy everything new at full price even though I was asking for less than what was thrown out. A woman who was sitting near me, and to who I had been talking to, had even mentioned to the staff that she didn't think I wanted my table cleaned. I remained calm but asked the manager if there was any solution he would find appropriate here. He told me I was being "fucking stupid" and asked me to leave... in front of my kids and one of their friends. That's when things escalated and I demanded my admission money back and a full apology. We argued and it got to the point where he began threatening to call the police if I didn't leave, which I invited because I felt this guy might physically assault me. While I did not raise my voice and intentionally took a very blasé stance as this guy became increasingly hostile towards me. I told him I would wait for the police and asked his name in the meantime: David Stein. He also claimed to be the owner, which makes more sense because no sane manager would pull this kind of garbage. I used to take the kids there at least TWICE A MONTH to let them blow off steam and while I always thought it was dirtier than the other indoor playgrounds, it was closeby. Also, if you go there, you can expect at least two of the main attractions to be broken down and as many as four. I recommend driving another 20 minutes to Port Moody. They are clean, the food is better, they have a kids-free zone for parents to relax and I have never had a problem there. David Stein is not a very smart businessman... if you make a mistake, own up to it, make up for it, apologize and move on. This was like a what-not-to-do in customer service. read more

awesome. so much fun. went today Sunday, was pretty busy, got there like 4pm. after around 6pm it got so much quieter. was great lol. kids had a total blast. although the train wasn't running, all disappointed for that .. as we had bought tokens for, ended up using them for the claw game. spent maybe 3 hrs here. for like $42 entrance family of 5, not to bad. than $6 for 6 tokens. and $2.25 for a bottled water. (they did have a water fountain but warm water was coming out, even after running it for a bit.) also washroom wasn't the cleanest, but considering how many people using and how little staff I seen, not surprised. will come again. kids loved it, which is the most important. read more

I took two of my daughters here on a weekend. Not impressed. One of my daughters is 3 and the other 2. Ended up costing me around $25! The facility seemed unclean and unkept. Far too busy to enjoy ourselves and even dangerous with all the older boys running around. Scared my kids would get trampled. There was little room for us to get situated and it was difficult to get good customer service. Everywhere seemed too busy and too little staff. The food was decent, and I'm sure if I had come on a weekday it would have been better. Mothers and Fathers beware! Weekends = Mad house. Stay away if you can. Attended a child's birthday party with my two kids and it was a total zoo. I would expect no less on a weekend so not really surprised. I was getting a little hungry and went to the concession to order some food, not much in terms of choices for healthy food. Settled on some french fries and a drink. The place smelt a little like sweat, but understandable because it was so packed with probably about 6 bday parties going on at the same time. The place is looking a little dated now, and maybe a little update would do the place some good. Pricing is good, and I would probably look at a few other places before returning. This is an excellent place for kids to release some energy and get some indoor exercise. Unfortunately this place has a lot of dust. They also don't allow outside food, nor are you allowed any in and out privileges, so you have to buy the food they offer, of which there are no healthy options. Finally, the baby/toddler designated area is not very well monitored. It says that it's for kids 3 years and under. When we were there today there were about four or five boys clearly older than 3 hitting each other with balls in the ball pit. It made my two year old daughter very uncomfortable. Overall, I would probably still return as it's a good option to go to on a rainy day. I would just try to go first thing, when the place opens so that it isn't so busy. read more

First time at CC today. We love Go Banana's in Richmond and Fun4Kidz in Richmond. CC was the largest playground, by far, but also the busiest. While the kids thought it had the most to offer, for me it was not worth the drive (40 minutes from Central Vancouver, compared to 15-20 minutes to the other two) for the extras. It has its own concession, which you'd think was a plus, until you realize that Fun4Kidz has a large Food Court with great variety there (not hot dogs, pizza, chicken fingers!!) including Asian foods and healthy choices, and that Go Bananas is near Subway and Old Spaghetti Factory. If you want to go elsewhere from CC, you have to walk'drive at least an industrial sized block to find a fast food restaurant, so you basically have no choice for lunch. Worst of all, there is a large screen television showing kids' movies. Fine for a babysitting service like Ikea to have, but for an indoor playground?!! It encourages sedentary behaviour, when you've brought your kid all the way out to do some active play. Although it is meant to be a "rest area", you can see the hordes of children sitting there transfixed and staying for hours and hours-- why not show short episodes instead of two hour movies? Better yet, get rid of the *@#*& TV altogether please! We will not be back. read more

Had my first visit today for a birthday party. Overall the kids had fun- as they always do in these sorts of gyms. The place was extremely loud and crowded. There was no way you could hear the employees speaking over the microphone. The train was out of service, and it seemed like a few pieces of equipment were broken. It also just seemed to be needing a good cleaning. - while the children had socks on, there were parents climbing through the equipment in bare feet, and it just get grimy. They had a trampoline, but charged $2.00 for 3 minutes, which seemed crazy, probably why no one was using it. Food was standard pizza/ hot dog fare. Servers were pleasant My main concern was that exit was not locked and could just be pushed open. Unlike their competitor Kokos, they do not check wrist bands at the time of exit, nor match them with a parent. At the time we left, we just walked through the gate. In an extremely crowded day, this didn't feel very secure in terms of monitoring kids departing. read more

Horrible service. My wife and I phoned them regarding having our child's birthday party at their facilities. We inquired about beverages, because the last party we had been there for only had Coke and Orange pop to offer the kids. They told my wife that they used to offer juice but it wasn't cost effective (ie the profit margin on fountain pop is much higher than on bottled juice). They told my wife that they can't bring any juiceboxes in for the kids, and neither could we. My wife then asked them what they could do for us because not all 2\3 year olds are accustomed to pop. My wife then proceeded to ask them if they have milk for the kids, at which point they hung up, and proceeded to stop answering the phone. I suggest you find a place which cares more about your child's health than their profit margins. read more

I have children ranging in age from 19 - 7. I am familiar with Crash Crawlies and have had parties here before, however, it has been 6 years since I have been back and I soon realized why. I booked my sons 9th birthday party at this establishment. We booked it for the laser tag, and my son had been anxiously awaiting his big day. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Besides the filth, the unorganization, and lack of a schedule, we were not treated with any respect, nor compassion. We were denied 5 minutes from our 15 minute Laser Tag game (PARENTS - please use a timer on your watch or phone). And our PERSONALIZED white board had two names on it - my sons, which was hastily written at the top and another child's name - which had been crossed off. Their attitude was nothing short of too bad so sad. Further, they defend their actions and take no responsibility. All I wanted was explanations and apologies, however, i was met with ignorance and lack of compassion. Perhaps it is due the age of the management or the lack there of! After numerous phone calls the following week, i finally received a call from the OWNER. He too defends his employees and their actions. I have been told by the owner (Bill Enefer) never to attend his establishment again. That won't be a problem. PS:- Please PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE ARM BAND. Your children are no safer than in the middle of a cross walk. They (Crash Crawlies) cut off armbands and released my children and their friends without ME BEING PRESENT. read more

I booked a birthday party for my child next month, however with the corona virus going on, it wouldn't be wise to have a bunch of kids going there and running around and touching everything. so I called if I could cancel the birthday party. And they said if I did, I wouldn't get my deposit back. So I asked if I could extend the party, and they said I was going allowed to extend for 60 days and they would not extend anything beyond that. I understand under normal circumstances, if I just change my mind, of course I wouldn't get my deposit back. But we have a pandemic here!! And things are not under my control!! They wouldn't even try to be understanding and at least let me just extend the party date till the pandemic is over. I mean my kids had birthday parties there for the last 2 years. Playground was awesome wasn't crowded compared to the rest of them. The coin games were overpriced and most of them didn't even work and ate our tokens. Staff sucked, they were more concerned about how they were going to get there nails done rather then help customers. But in the end, the kid had a lot of fun and that's all that matters. read more

What an awful place. I've gone a few times over the past few years and the place is in steady decline. The staff is unpleasant, the equipment is dirty and in disrepair with duct tape holding things together! Food is gross. I watched a staff member clean up vomit and didn't even know what to do! They didn't even close the area down where the vomit was and kids kept sliding through VOMIT! Then the staff member barely wiped the vomit and let kids keep playing before it was even dry. Obviously lacks training in basic sanitation. Whoever the manager was on duty was grumpy and unapproachable. And the dust. Just go climb with your kids, you'll see how dusty and gross it is. My husband and I just took our two children, aged three and 20 months, to Crash Crawlies three days ago and I have to mention for the sake of other parents out there that this place is in DIRE need of a renovation and cleanup. We stayed for only 45 minutes or so after discovering that not ONE electronic in the toddler area was working, the air-powered ball area was not working AND the token machine was broken. After taking my son up through the gym portion I ended up taking him back down after viewing how old and truly filthy the mats were. The mats were so worn that they had lost much of their padding and were "buckling" under our feet - so badly that my son said "whoa" when stepping on them. As you navigate through the gym you can see layers of dust and dirt and there were used kleenex and assorted items on the ground. Now I will mention that the bathrooms were nice and clean, but then there were not many children in Crash Crawllies at the time. We didn't try the food because, as my husband said, "If it is this dirty in here can you imagine what the kitchen is like?" So we paid ANOTHER $10 for tokens at the cashier and my son and daughter took turns on the train (and the car for my son only). The frustrating thing about the train? First of all, it took us fifteen minutes and three pages to get someone to operate it and second, the first operator only allowed my children to go around the track three times while the second allowed for EIGHT laps!! Go figure... I will mention also that I spoke with two employees there about the state of the facilities and the response I received was "Ya... sometimes things work and sometimes they don't. It's getting kinda old in here." Last thing I will mention that will say it all.... upon leaving I threw away my kids, husband's and my socks because they were so incredibly dirty. We visit The Great Escape in Langley all the time and one of the things I love about that place is that when you leave, your socks are still clean! Bottom line - I will never visit or recommend this establishment again until I hear about a complete and utter overhaul of the premises. I do not recommend taking your children here. read more

They didn't care to turn in the AC as it was around 25 degrees outside and probably nearing 30 degrees inside. All the kids were sweaty from the heat. The pizza for the kids came straight out of the oven and was extremely hot. It burned a few kids mouths and tongues. The place was very dirty and the staff was nowhere to be found.
