I have a 16 lb service dog and walking by the front desk at 9pm receptionist stops me saying no dogs. She said he can sleep in the car LOL. So I beg her to allow me to stay, my wife was already laying in the bed almost asleep. Booked another place and I walked by with all my luggage then she decides to allow us to stay. Wtf, I begged her to allow me to stay. Canadians lack hospitality at this hotel. This location is a dump, had I seen it before I wouldn't have chosen it.

Attention to detail is always important and I noticed one, this location is clean house keeping is very good.
