She explained things so we could understand all the industry lingo and gave us good advice about how to structure our deal. She gave us a great outline of what the process would look like, and her estimation of our closing date was spot on - no muss, no fuss - even with repairs required to the property before closing. And when we objected to the mortgage paperwork that showed a charge for the appraiser to return to inspect things the seller hadn't finished on time, Susie took care of the unfair charge personally. After closing we had a hiccup with the insurance coverage (note: you might consider avoiding GEICO for homeowner's insurance), but Susie was on it! She contacted GEICO, and even though they wouldn't budge, she had a back up plan. Susie connected us with a local insurance agency that was happy to take our policy.
