I would try to book the person I had last time for some kind of consistency -- and, even though I would specifically choose appointments based on the waxing specialist listed at the time, whenever I arrived, I was just told someone else would be doing my waxing. The last time I went it was a brand new person--in fact, she said it was her first week--and the experience was incredibly painful. It made me question what kind of training she had been given. Additionally, she did a different service than what I requested! At the end, she explained she had been "distracted" and gave me what the previous customer asked for. I recently went somewhere else, and the experience was entirely different and not hardly painful at all (and yet an equivalent cost). This location would benefit from better management and training.

For those of you who do not know what that is (I didn't), your face is basically getting the first layer shaved off. It is not painful per say but you do feel it. Then an enzyme mask was put on the newly uncovered skin. It was an intense experience with slight to mild burning sensations for me. Each person's irritant levels are different and it may not be as bad or maybe stronger than I felt. Remember that glowing skin I mentioned? You do feel radiant once it is all over. The massage was wonderful. Keep in mind that the massage only includes your arms, neck, and shoulders. It is not full body. They last longer on me, look more natural, are more flexible, and much much quicker than building acrylics or gel nails. Also, they're much less damaging on my nails since they don't life the way acrylics do on me. So if those are issues you've had in the past, hit Kayla up!
