Within about a week, I was moving much better, and within two, it felt like a veritable miracle. I've continued going in for regular appointments and couldn't be more happy. Recently I branched out and booked a massage with Kellie, Dr. Faro's wife, who has a spa adjoining the chiropractic office. In my decade of massage experiences, I don't think anyone has ever been as thorough and worked as deeply (but with care) in my muscles as she did. Other things to note: while Alternative Care carries nutritional supplements and other back/foot support items like many chiropractic offices, they also operate a healthy cafe with juice, smoothies, sandwiches and the like in the same center, called Cafe Crema; hours tend to vary, but they are currently open weekdays during lunch til 3.

We purchased a Groupon for the detox and it didn't disappoint! The infrared sauna was nice and private (only the 2 of us). I didn't react well in the salt room but she loved it. The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

It does not feel the same way I did the first time. To complete the contract I paid for, no refunds were offered. I could travel a great distance, out of my way, to get my remaining shots. That's not acceptable! There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and a fat burner. This is NOT what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive. Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay. This has.become a problem that I should not have had to deal with!! NOW WHAT???

The owners also seem so happy and fun on their Instagram story. I finally got a chance to try them. They have shakes, teas, delicious breakfast food, & much more. I got their chunky monkey shakes and it turns out what I got was a meal replacement. It was so good. The owner explained the nutrition values of the shake. The owner explained how much weight they have lost by adopting this lifestyle. It really shows. They are opening a new location in Lake Wales! Blessing to them! Check them out! I was worried it was going to be like on TV where these really bulked up guys yell at you while the rest of the gym stares as you struggle to do a single push up. But in reality, it's actually been great. I'm so glad we found James - it's only you training so nobody is starting at you, and he's a really nice guy. Also, he lets us bring our baby so we don't need to leave her with strangers. And honestly for what we have gotten, we feel like the price is very reasonable as well. After seeing him for a few months, both my husband and I have lost more than 20 pounds, our endurance and energy have improved, we understand what foods and lifestyle are good for weight loss, and we enjoy exercising more. After years of carrying the extra few lbs, especially around the tummy area. James has guide me on how to shed the stubborn lbs and work on my goal. I've had trainers before and they usually put you through the same routines during training and for me, someone that hates working out, it's easy to quit. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition. I would definitely recommend you give him a try.
