Cute addition to Lakeland. Tea Largo offers customizable açaí bows, boba, and smoothies. The interior is very tropical, as if you were in the Keys. It's adjacent to a paint your own pottery studio (yes!) and has a warm inviting environment that encourages people to hang out for a while. They have items from local vendors and artist, and a shelf with games to play with friends. The service was extremely quick. The bowl itself was very creamy and flavorful. This was such a cute spot we found on Yelp! Came in after a day at Legoland and this was my first time visiting Tea Largo and wow the inside is so beautiful! definitely beachy and mermaid theme. Now they serve tease coffees, açai bowl smoothies, but I just needed a little pick me up after a long day so I got their Tortuga cafe Latte which had salt-kissed espresso, coconut, caramel, oat milk, spirulina latte with a splash of cream. no, I did wait a good 15 minutes for this drink but when I got it I was very pleased with how pretty it was and the taste surprised me. Definitely can taste the coconut and the oat milk. I don't really get a hint of caramel, but it is a good drink. This is the cutest Açaí shop that I have been to! I love the theme/decor. It's so vibrant and colorful both inside and out. This place has everything from açaí bowls, bubble tea, protein tea, matcha, lemonade, coffee, chocolate, chai, smoothies, juices, cookies, banana bread, overnight oatmeal, to honey and more. There's something for everyone. There's ample sitting inside. From the outside, I wasn't sure what to expect but when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised. It's like a store full of pre-made grab and go things but of course you come for the food that you can customize like bowls, juices, teas, and smoothies. This is a great place to hang out because there a great selection of board games. Just when you think you've seen everything, you discover that there is another room to explore. The staff were so friendly. There was girl at the register that was so friendly and helpful. She talked to me as if she knew me. She gave me great suggestions. This summer we had the opportunity to come many times to Lakeland. It is a cute, very elegant and historic town. We looked at YELP and wanted to have something refreshing. Tea Largo came up and we visited. This is the cutest place to have a refreshing snack and the menu has lots of varieties, from teas, smoothies, acas bowls and much more. They have different board games, kids toys and next to it a pottery place. We had the mango smoothie, a matcha tea with spiraling and coconut milk and an acai bowl. This is on my top 3 best acai bowls I've ever had. I absolutely love everything about this place! It's lethal living down the street from them.. They have a couple different bowl flavor options now, different kinds of granola you can get, and of course the whole works for toppings. I really love the charcoal bowl. It's exactly what it sounds but doesn't taste how it sounds because otherwise it wouldn't sell.. trust me it's good!! They also have a lot of boba teas and smoothies/ coffee options and what I've tried of those is really good too! My new obsession has been the mermaid bubble tea, it's a coconut milk tea and I don't even like coconut but this one just makes me feel so warm and fuzzy and like all is right in the world. The store itself is super cute and decorated in a very fun way, lots of bright colors that just give you a happy, beach feel. Currently they are undergoing a remodel and have been for quite some time now, so you just order at the door and can sit outside if there's spots open or wait in your car and they'll bring it to you. Their curbside ordering is really good, I do a lot of online orders ahead and them go pick them up and they're always on time. If you just come and order, even if it's not busy you will usually have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for your order, especially if you get a bowl, so that's something to prepare for if you are trying to take it on the go. Prices can be a little spendier too but I feel that that's just how açaí bowls go, and it's not worse than going somewhere like Starbucks either. As first timers, we wanted to try a few different items. The Organic Dragonfruit Lemonade with added lychee jelly beat expectations. It was the right amount of sweetness, and the added jellies were the right amount of soft chew and lychee flavor. The Mangonada with Tajin Fruit Smoothie was also very good. You could taste the fresh fruitiness of it. The Tajin added a good twist to the drink, if you're into the tangy/salty flavor profile and a small hint of spice. We also tried the Superfood Bowl, with an açaí base, lavender blueberry granola, wildflower honey, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and mango. The açaí base was the star, as the flavor was strong (but not overly sweet) and the texture was similar to a softened sherbet. The lavender blueberry granola added the right amount of crunch, but the lavender blueberry scent/flavor was lost in the mix. This would be my only complaint about it. The fruit toppings were good and straightforward. The service was very fast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It took a while for us to order since it was our first time, but we did not feel rushed at all. The staff even provided us with recommendations to help us decide. The atmosphere was very family friendly, was not loud, and had very unique and colorful decorations that made the establishment feel very welcoming. I really want to like this place but it needs some work. I love what they're doing with the curbside pickup and walk up window, very covid friendly. If you're like me and have questions you'll go to the window. This time of day there was a line at the window and minimal shade and you're standing next to running cars, it was very hot. I got a green tea refresher, passion fruit & lychee flavor with pomegranate poppers. Boy is it sweet, I had to mix in water when I got home. If you check in on Yelp they give you a free vegan cookie. I showed it to the girl, but then at the end she still charged me for it. It was so hot and I wanted to keep the line moving so I just paid for it. I thought the açaí was a good price ~$8 for the size. I shared it with my mom and it still filled me up. The chai tea boba was really good too. My friends and I stopped in at Tea Largo Beverage during a weekend trip to Lakeland. The shop is the CUTEST! They have an antique fridge and lots of homemade crafts decorating the shop. Everything looks handmade with love, from the menu boards to the tables and chairs, to the the gift cards. I got a lychee slush with boba pearls. They give large servings at fair prices. I found my slush to be overly sweet, and had trouble finishing my drink, but overall, it tasted fresh and the boba cooked perfectly. My friend ordered an acai bowl, and she loved her order. I would suggesting adding another register or streamline their ordering process because the line got quite long while we were in the shop. I'm not sure that I'd be in the area again, but Tea Largo is a cute cafe for drinks and desserts with friends. read more

The environment was good, but the açaí bowl was not made with love. As I ordered a To go bowl I was expecting it to be somewhat frozen. When I opened the container the Nutella was all over the top and none in the bowl. The layers were uneven. Some bites had only one ingredient. We searched for açaí bowls near us and found Tea Largo Beverage. It is a very beachy themed Layed back kind of place. We had açaí bowl with banana, blueberry, walnut and Goni berry with regular granola and peanut butter topping and Pitaya bowl with strawberry, banana,almond and kiwi with Nutella topping. We waited a few minutes for them to make before they call out for you to pick up at the counter. We ate them in the back room. They have games you can play while you eat. Both of our bowls were very good. They regular size run about 10$ a piece. It is a once in a while treat for us. read more

I was craving bubble tea pretty bad and decided to stop by on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00 pm. This place seems pretty popular because the line was to and out the door. I probably stood in line for about 20-25 minutes. I will say that once I placed my order, the wait was only about an additional 5 minutes. I've ranked the items below individually: 4/5: Pitaya bowl with double strawberries, double mangos, honey drizzle and condensed coconut milk drizzle -- I originally did not plan to get one of these bowls, but since I was standing in line for that long and didn't know if I would return again, I said F it; might as well. For something I didn't want, I sure did like it a lot. If you've never had one of these kinds of bowls, it's pretty much a thick smoothie base topped with whatever your heart desires. It was pretty refreshing considering it was 90 degrees outside. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 was because it was a bit more pricey but hey, the price you pay for convenience and customer service right? 2/5: Matcha colada (blended with coconut milk) with lychee coconut jelly -- I thought this was an interesting combination based on the description so I decided to try it out. The lychee coconut jelly was great and they give you a plentiful amount, but I found the smoothie itself kind of bland. I tasted a hint of matcha but not much of a pineapple or coconut taste. My guess is that they use a powder matcha, but please feel free to correct me. 2/5: Lychee boba tea (blended) with traditional boba -- I also found this drink to be a little bland. I didn't really taste any lychee in it so my guess is that they don't use the canned fruit in the smoothie. It tasted more watered down and it could possibly because it's blended. The interesting thing is that you can get this drink iced as well. The traditional boba is the black chewy balls that most people are familiar with. I found them to be a little more "hard" than what I'm use to at other places. My review in regards to the drinks could be a little biased because I love places like ShareTea, Kung Fu Tea, Quickly's, Zero Degrees, etc. I tried to choose something that I'm more familiar with because I paid about ~$20 (with a 15% tip) for the 3 items above. Since most of the places mentioned above are available in Tampa or Orlando, this is what I chose instead of making the drive to either city for a drink. I've attached the menu to this review for those who are curious. They offer a lot of things on their menu with additional options as well as other shelf items and loose teas in the cafe. The place itself is pretty roomy -- there's the main area with tables where you order and pickup, an additional room with more tables with games, and another room that held the restroom and looks like they host private parties. I will also mention that one cool thing is that you can order ahead online and they put your order in a separate fridge in the game room seating area. You just open the fridge and pick up your own order when you arrive without checking in at the register counter. I might consider this option next time if I'm ever craving it again. This place would not be my go-to for bubble tea but the "açaí" bowls (or smoothie bowls) weren't bad. read more

Accustomed to the Boba Tea establishments in Tampa, I was quite disappointed to pull up to Tea Largo. The outside seating consists of uncomfortable high-tops, not designed for hanging out and enjoying tea. And even though there were tables outside, this business is not dog-friendly. Furthermore, they are not open for in-person service. You have to call them and then sit in your vehicle in the parking lot until they bring your order out, or use a delivery service. No menus with pricing. They want you to scan their QR code so they can share your contact information. Unacceptable. They will not be getting my business now, nor if they ever decide to re-open for in-person service. Go downtown to the Farmer's Market instead, where in-person service is still done by local businesses, as well as being dog-friendly when you have a 4-legged friend along. read more

It is essentially a smoothie with toppings on it, and if you're craving ice cream, it's a healthier alternative and definitely satisfies the sweets craving. I am honestly not a huge tea person but decided to try Tea Largo out. First off it's a bit confusing cause I don't remember actually ever seeing a "Tea Largo" sign to find the building. It's actually easier to spot the pottery place next to it. The staff was friendly and did make a few suggestions about drinks I might like. I honestly just got hot chocolate but my friend ordered some tea. I tried both the Spanish hot chocolate and my friend's tea that had some type of blueberry in it. I personally thought the tea tasted like medicine. However my hot chocolate was pretty good. The atmosphere isn't your typical coffee shop. I would say it's not super cozy but a place to maybe chill out after painting some pottery next door at Picassoz. Overall it was very clean and a friendly environment to be in. It isn't my go to place? But it still has some nice elements like friendly staff and alright hot chocolate. If you're a tea person this probably would be your place. It with a sad heart that I leave this review. This place has been my go to for bowls and teas for years and today was the last straw. Some time in this past year something has changed at this place. They don't care about attention to detail when making their bowls. Too many orders to count with incorrect ingredients. Too many bowls thrown together in a way where it's clear management no longer cares about making a good product or lack of training. Today I ordered an acai bowl and a tea. Waited exactly 60 minutes for my order and again a bowl thrown together without any attention to details and definitely no longer worth the money. My son, after waiting 45 minutes in the store, asked for our order and the manager said she would expedite. 15 minutes later the tea came out... An hour later and nothing for our wasted time but a courtesy apology. I'm done with this establishment and won't be wasting my money here any longer. Great job tea largo.
