Hours of operation show that they are open. Called and spoke with a receptionist at their other location and "unfortunately, the person who scheduled this was new and no one is at this office today but they could squeeze me in at their other location." Another 1.5 hour drive after rearranging my schedule to drive here. Not a solution. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone who values their time and desires respectful service.

My esthetician is Angela and she is extremely knowledgeable and understands how my skin reacts to lasers. I trust her deeply and I am very happy with the improvement in my skin since starting. In the past I sustained burns and damage on my chest from 2 other locations. I will continue with About Face. I find the spa staff to be excellent, warm and friendly.

My face blew up when I left, swollen and I had bruising from the process lasting for more than a week. My face did not peel nor did my brown spots surface - only swelling and bruising. I definitely will not be going back again. A definite waste of time and money. I did however speak with the manager and asked for my money back for a future IPL I had booked for the month after and told her that maybe more training should be in store for her employees. Maybe best to stick to London with a place with more experience!
