I spoke with the receptionist who offered no solution other than to come in the following day to talk with the manager, I asked if she could speak with the manager and she informed me I could call the Port Huron location to speak with her. I called that location and the manager said they would not take the certificate because it was over a year old, although the expiration date section was crossed out by the employee who wrote the certificate.
