With my yard being cut one direction one week and another direction the next. What happened in reality was their equipment didn't fit through my gate, so the backyard had to be push mowed. On occasion the crew forgot the mower and had to come back, twice I had to call. Today I received a bill with a $20 charge for blowing the grass clippings off of my yard because it wasn't cut for 9 days and it was long. Not my fault, they cut the grass on their schedule. I complained about this charge and also about the poor service. Paul, instead of being professional, cancelled my service. He didn't try to make it right or call, he just sent me an email that my service would be canceled.

The equipment was very impressive at clearing very heavy thicket of small trees, bushes, and dead fall. The entire project was completed in one day and did exactly as instructed. Eric was very nice to work with and actually rearranged his schedule to help me out on my large project . The price was good and exactly as promised. I told him my situation about getting a room for one night and how my check out was at 11 and I needed to know how long I would need to extend my day. He went above and beyond calling me at 10am telling me, he would possibly have it fixed that day but I should get one more day. 7pm rolls around and my truck is fixed and I'm back on my way home. Bobs wife stayed at shop late so I could Uber over and that was amazing. I am truly thankful for everything Taylor Automotive did would recommend coming here any day. In Wisconsin Dells for vacation and the alternator in my car goes out 9pm Saturday night, and we…read moreneed to be checked out of our hotel by Sunday AM and headed back home (4 hours North). We couldn't find anyone willing to work on a Sunday, until I checked Yelp and called Taylor Automotive... Thankfully, the person we spoke to said that they would come to our hotel at 8am and check out the vehicle. It's 10:30. No one has called, and none of our messages have been returned. We're now penny pinching for another night stay, and I'm missing work today. If you can't help, or something came up, we at least deserve a phone call.
