With less than 60,000 miles and only a few years old, claiming a total loss on the car would have been a serious waste. Without getting into too many details, my Accord was hit on the highway by tractor trailer truck resulting in damage to nearly the entire driver's side from the back to the front. I'm happy to be alive and somehow completely unharmed. As for the car, that was another story. The shop gave me weekly and major milestone updates by calling or text along the way. When the car was ready for pickup it looked much better but it was dark on a Friday evening after work and the temperature was in the 20's. I wanted to go home so I didn't really give the car a good look until I was filling it with gas the next morning. In the daylight I noticed some things I wanted the shop to take a second look at. Cole's provided a rental from Enterprise at no cost to me and when the car was going to be ready I had a few unexpected personal things going on in my life. The shop manager, Rowan empathize with the unfortunate circumstances I was dealing with and he extended my rental at no cost until I was ready two days later to pick up the Accord. The car was delivered back to me clean, freshly detailed, all my concerns addressed, fully repaired. I am so impressed with the level of customer service. I got in contact with a service that had a flatbed truck. After seeing the photos, they said they were afraid that just pulling it out could damage the underside of the car and I needed someone with a wrecker. Did you ever have that awful feeling that you were really stuck somewhere, didn't know where to turn, it was a weekend and you'd probably be stranded until Monday? After some phone calls, tho, a very friendly lady said they could help me and to send photos. She called back shortly saying the truck they needed was on another job but they would be there later that night. And they were. Chris and Jennifer worked in the chilly dark, in the water, with the truck lights on the scene, setting up multiple attachment points, pulling out a bit, resetting the attachment points, and repeat. The place was clean and had a pretty good waiting area.
