We have been remodeling a 1966 ranch-style home and after removing ceilings and walls I knew we needed new insulation. My husband found Koala through an email from our energy company that was offering an incentive. It only took a few days before Derrick came to our house to evaluate our attic and discuss options. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We went with a full removal of our old insulation and then new spray-in insulation. The crew were scheduled a few day after we signed quote. They were polite and respectful coming into our home. The removal process took all day and they filled up huge bags of our old insulation. I was glad to see it go. They came back a few days later so we could seal the attic and they sprayed in the new insulation. This only took half the day and they added an insulated zipper door flap that completed the job. Having this done was a much needed job and Koala did a great job. Derrick also handled the process to get the incentive done. I've noticed the house temperature is much more consistent and will help our energy bills during these hot summers.

We needed a couple more weeks to work on the room before it was ready to be insulated, and they patiently waited for us to give them a callback. Once we did call them back, they were ready to send employees over the next day which is fantastic customer service! My husband and I both work from home and were in meetings during the day, but the employees were very quiet and considerate while working as to not disturb us. They completed the entire job in 90 minutes, and upon inspection of their work afterwards we found it to be impeccable. They even took the time to find small holes and cracks to fill in with spray foam, that otherwise could have been missed or overlooked.
