My husband and I called three separate plumbing places in New bern that were recommended, none of which returned our calls. I went to the next-door app and had many recommendations, but most were recommending river dog. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house promptly at 8 AM on Saturday morning. The technician was extremely professional, respectful, and honest. Turned out we did not need a plumber, but he was able to help us with another issue that we were having. They will definitely be our plumber in our phonebook and we will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. Keep up the great work, river dog!

They had to find and fix the leak blind. They found the leak by digging up the supply line and had it all fixed and the water back on at my house before my wife got home from work at 5:30pm. Mike came out the same morning we called about a sewer issue. He was professional, responsive and kindly educated us through the whole process. It took them three…read moretimes to seat a toilet in my home, finally the last person to come out did it successfully!, however on the first or second try , they broke the tile at the base of the toilet and they said they would not repair it as I did not discover it until sometime after as it is not my main bathroom. They also charged me twice , put in a new toilet when one was not needed, ( I was not home at the time of the first "repair") Do not recommend!
