They do not have a recovery area for the patient to be monitored post procedure/Anesthesia. If there are any complications for any medications administered during the procedure they do not wait to see if there are any adverse reactions. This is supposed to be medical care, any PCP that gives you a shot makes you wait at least 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to make sure you're ok. If you are looking for friendly medical/dental staff who actually care I would suggest another provider, you won't find it here. The customer/patient service was terrible on top of all of that. Flat out rude.

I wasn't told if and when the denture could be removed, if I should rinse or care for my mouth, when I should resume my regular medications, nothing. I wasn't told provided a pamphlet that would have been helpful had I had implants or no dentures at all. But nothing on what to do after the denture was placed. I did get help from my regular dentist who made the dentures and who I will be working with, but nothing from the people who remove my teeth and pushed me out the door. I only gave them a 3 stars because they were very professional in contacting my insurance company and collect the balance due from me before the surgery. They were efficient in medical monitoring and I don't think I have anything negative on the prep for surgery. It's the aftercare and lack of aftercare and instructions that makes me mad. And the 4 phone calls I made and leaving a message that I was "pissed" before they called me back.

When I was very young, I had a small cyst removed from the inside of my lower lip. One of the…read morestitches came out early, leaving me with a tag that annoyed me for years. I would bite the tag on occasion but it never grew, didn't change colors, and wouldn't cause any other issues. It was just annoying. After nearly 40 years with the tag, I decided to get it removed. I researched several oral surgeons near me and called 2. The first I called was the office that removed my original cyst as a little girl. That was a horrible phone call. On to the next...Dr. Greer's office. As soon as I called I felt like I had the receptionist's full attention. She listened and advised what she thought the doctor would do, which included removing the tag and sending it off to a pathologist. Not having insurance, I asked if the latter step could be avoided. She said she'd mention it to the doctor for us to discuss at my consultation. I wasn't expecting a consultation fee but we don't go to the doctor often since we don't have insurance. The fee was $100 but it was worth it. I got in within a few days, met the doctor, and he agreed to not send the tag off. He didn't think it was anything alarming but explained the risks otherwise. A few days later I showed up for the procedure. It took all of about 5 mins. I was numbed with an ointment, given a shot (that didn't feel good but I was grateful for it in the long run), and within 3 seconds, the tag was gone. No stitches. Little bleeding. Minimum pain. I did the mouth rinse for a few days as prescribed but only had to take some Ibuprofen twice for discomfort. Dr. Greer was so nice. He was personable and down to earth but didn't waste my time. His office is beautiful and cozy. The staff were nice, don't get me wrong, but I felt they were a bit robotic. They were doing their jobs. They weren't as personable, however they were professional. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this office. And I'm so glad my 40-year-old tag is finally gone.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled for removal. During the X-ray, Dr. Greer noticed a large cyst in my jaw. Despite the unexpected finding, he went ahead with the surgery as planned and also removed the cyst. The entire staff was wonderful--so kind and helpful. One of the ladies (a blonde--wish I got her name!) went out of her way to help me figure out how the cost related to the cyst might be covered by my medical insurance. I'm currently healing well, and I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend this office!

They are really friendly and knowledgeable. No regrets. They don't push anything on you. Again, highly recommend them. That first day after extracting all my teeth is uncomfortable but you will be fine. The 3Rd day I did have some pain due to everything wearing off, I took Tylenol and was fine I just rested that day. The process is different but no regrets on choosing them. If you have questions they answer them. The staff is wonderful!!! Also, I have had a thing about dentist since a child, but they were great and reassured me. While extracting they comfort you! March 5, 2026, Hazel Witcher

I would give zero Stars if I could. I went in to have the nine remaining teeth in my lower jaw…read moreremoved and I wanted sedation dentistry so they brought in a surgeon because they don't do that and he treated me like a calf at a rodeo. Immediately upon waking up they put my glasses on me rolled me out of the chair and put my coat on and walked me out to my son who was waiting for me in the waiting room. Even though I was still partially numb I could tell that I was in a lot of pain on my lower jaw and it wasn't even in the area of the tooth removal. It was as though the Denture had been driven onto my jaw. I had so much pain for the next two days before my follow-up. It was unbearable. The codeine capsules wouldn't even phase it . When I went in for my follow-up I was given a dentist who doesn't even work for Aspen but who was called in because they were short-handed. She had me remove my lower denture, gave me a quick look and made reference to sores on both sides of my jaw. Then she had me replace the Denture and it hurt so bad I nearly blacked out in the office. 2 days later I couldn't take the pain anymore so I took the Denture out on my own and I kept feeling something that felt like bone sticking out of the side of my jaw. As it turns out it was a scab concealing a broke off tooth that was left in my gum! I called Aspen complaining and was told to come in a few days later so their dentist could look at me. The dentist had my jaw X-rayed and sure enough there's part of a tooth sticking out of my gum . Instead of attempting to remove the entire broken tooth she simply chipped away and ground on it until she got it below my gum and then stitched it over . When I asked her if that wouldn't come through the gum later on she said "probably not". PROBABLY NOT???? I didn't pay $9,000 to hear the words probably not. I also have two big high spots on my lower jaw and there is no way that a set of Dentures will ever fit my lower jaw. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else. I have filed complaints with my state Dental Board and with my State Attorney General's office.
