This hotel was enjoyable to say the least!…read more "Easy parking, warm greetings, a room calm and clean, Soft bed, hot shower--simple comforts seen. Morning kayaks, still water, a quiet island stay, Hyatt House was a pleasant surprise in the most serene way. Parking was easy and uncomplicated. Also the entrance from the parking garage to the hotel was close inconvenient. Going to the front desk we were greeted with professionalism with thoughtfulness and that was amazing. Finding our room was very simple. The room itself was nice. you could tell they had recently redone the decor. The bed was comfortable. Water was hot shower was spacious enough. Of course they provided the shampoo conditioner body wash in the shower. The aesthetic around the hotel is really what sold it, though. As you can see in my photos, they had charter boats where you could sign up and be taken out on a boat they had kayaks in the morning, it was so peaceful and still down by the water when she walked outside in the back of the hotel I stretched out there. I went for a walk. It was so serene and gorgeous. The way this hotel is situated. It's kind of on a little island for lack of a better term that set off from the main road so when you drive by it looks really cool because it looks like it's sitting in the middle of that body of water whatever that is. Looking out the window there was a gorgeous view and we would definitely stay here again. Except they need to thicken up their oatmeal and the breakfast bar and maybe think about including some more protein heavy options as well. Lol

I would recommend just putting it in the price of the room. Parking is not scarce so there is really no need for the charge other than to price gouge. Average hotel overall. Breakfast was better than most so that is a plus. I would honestly recommend staying elsewhere

I was skeptical, due to the variety of reviews, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here…read more I requested a second floor room after reading reviews and looking at photos, and was given a perfect spot. Middle of the building, view of the pool and palm trees. I'd say pretty spectacular for a cheap hotel. I also wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the room, some reviews mention newly remodeled, and some mention cramped, dated and just down right bad. I was delighted to see my room was great! Everything felt updated and clean. It is simple, but exactly what's needed for a beach getaway. Air conditioning worked GREAT, water pressure in the shower was AWESOME (better than most high end hotels I've been to), bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable; and the tv was big, balcony was nice to sit out on. Breakfast buffet is situated next to the pool - which makes for an elevated experience compared to your average hotel lobby breakfast. Notes for improvement: Only one set of towels was provided. Front desk staff was a little rude, but in the end helpful.

This is going to sound like a broken record based on previous reviews. During my stay last month,…read morethe faucet in the tub area was broken. When I told them they did move me to another roon but there no empathy nor an apology. The couch in the new room had more that 10 areas where the cover had been torn and the stuffing was visible. The carpet was filthy and coming up in 2 spots. I had stayed here previously a few years ago but now its no longer worth staying here Based on the fact that they don't respond to reviews and/or comments shows that ownership doesn't care.

I honestly think 3 is such a fair rating for this hotel, in its current shape. I kinda wanna do two…read morebut I'm betting on potential if anything. First, the front desk service was pretty good. The folks were helpful, and responsive. We needed to move rooms and they were accommodating. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our 4 day stay. Because they were short staffed and the time of night (it was abt 10), we had to move the crib ourselves, which fine- i get that but also why am I having to move furniture in your building? Idk. Next, the crib. Zero stars for the crib. It's like a cardboard with plastic over it. Marriott executives should put their own kid in these and then approve them. For 350+ per night, it's the audacity for me!!!! I ended up adding a bunch of blankets and sheets (hello choking hazard- hello liability!!!) so my kid could sleep in there. The room itself felt tiny. We had a suite. The bathtub would not drain (see pic). The carpet situation was rough, it looked old and definitely like its past time for a switch (pls don't ever do carpet again) The kitchen was a nice decent sized addition. Overall the suite felt small. The furniture was also really dirty. The 'free breakfast' was okay. Whip cream would be a nice consideration :) The pool was nice, along with the hot tub. For the value and experience, I would be unlikely to return.

For a Residence Inn this a good one. It has a nice pool and outdoor seating. However the front…read moredesk girl was pretty clueless any time we asked a question. Finding ice and wine opener was a monumental event.

Cute little Inn on the outskirts of town. Can't beat their price point either. I liked how each…read moreroom was slightly different in decor. The room I had, had a four poster bed. That was quite nice. If you are looking for simple accommodations, for a steal of a price, this would be your place. It does not have a full kitchen, very simple in that sense. You get a mini-fridge, a microwave in your room. So, for someone who plans to eat out, this would be perfect. They have bikes for rent, per day $10. The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

Okay ... I HATE to do this but ... Worst night's sleep I've had at a hotel. The room was MUCH nicer…read morethan I expected and service was great. BUT ... There was a guy snoring in the room next door and I could literally hear him as if he were in my room next to my bed. I couldn't sleep ALL NIGHT due to this. Literally it was terrible. The room had an ajoining door which was so thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.
